Lifetime Appointment of a Liberal Judge
Conservative Review ^ | 1/20/2016 | Staff

Posted on 01/21/2016 8:32:05 AM PST by HomerBohn

Vote Description

This vote was to confirm Wilhelmina Marie Wright, an ultra-liberal judge to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. A proponent of "critical race theory," Wright once argued the right to property, one of America's most foundational rights, perpetuates racism in America. She has even gone so far as to claim that property rights are racist. Rather than reject this judge, who clearly holds views antithetical to the Constitution, Republicans confirmed her for a lifetime appointment. Overall this vote is one of the latest examples of President Obama packing courts around the country with liberal judges. Liberal judges have used the judiciary branch to legislate from the bench and usher in and defend radical policies that are unconstitutional. The Senate Constitutional role of "advice and consent" gives Congress an effective check on liberal appointees, but only if it is used as something more than a rubber stamp.

The Senate just confirmed an ultra liberal judge who thinks property rights are racist. How did your Senators vote?

Pay particular attention to the column that indicates the percentage of times the Republicrat senators voted with the supposed opposition. It's scandalous! Just what in hell do these turncoats think we gave them a majority for?

Apparently they thought they were to play kissy face with Obama's traitorous criminals and that we have memories as short as their -----!

Presidents can pick who they please, and Dem presidents pick liberals. SURPRISE!!! If you don’t like these judges, then vote for Republicans. And yes, even a RINO judge is better than this one. Every judge appointed to the District Court has the potential of being on the Supreme Court.

Think about that when you are thinking of staying home on election day because your favorite candidate didn’t get the nomination.

What do people expect she is a negro and as such wants wealth transfer. Do you think the movement for reparations by members of that race is a joke?

Wright once argued the right to property, one of America's most foundational rights, perpetuates racism in America. She has even gone so far as to claim that property rights are racist.

Which would explain why blacks are constantly committing theft.

The GOP controls the Senate. They could have (and should have) rejected her on their own, but they didn't. There is no argument here for supporting GOP senators as we are getting the exact same thing that we would have gotten from the Dems. They are so afraid of being called racist that they are now unable to do their jobs. Virtually all of the GOP senators need to be replaced.

This vote was to confirm Wilhelmina Marie Wright, an ultra-liberal judge to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

This is actually false. She was confirmed to be a district judge - not a circuit judge. While it's not good she was confirmed, she wasn't appointed to the Court of Appeals.

Whitey owes Blackie for all the backbreaking work they did building America.

That’s why their heirs are entitled to loaf, loot, rape, steal and join the Muslim cult.

Ahh yes, District Court. Where the judge can make it up as she goes along, and few who are affected have the time or resources to appeal.
