GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump will speak at Liberty University’s first convocation of 2016. The event is scheduled to begin at 10:30 AM EST.

Yes it might be uncomfortable we do support our candidate as you would too if you joined for dinner with friends to watch your candidates rally

Since I’m the one who pinged you to the two rally threads today, as explained in the ping, then removed you as soon as I read your freepmail request, I will now publicly apologize for the misunderstanding, having already wished you well privately. All of this took place in three pings/freepmails intermittently during a span of perhaps two hours out of the past 12 years, including the solution to your discomfort. It will not happen again.
As for any dark motivation you inferred by you from my unrelated-to-you remark to another freeper, kindly put your mind at ease. You are not a target, a target audience, nor a newcomer; nor do I believe you to be.

The “2” was awkward for some but it is not something I have not heard before.
I have heard it as well. Students around me muttered when he quoted the scripture, so he was a little “off key” for the audience. Otherwise they were very respectful and seemed interested, although compelled to attend.
Donald, if you’re listening, I respect your American values and your traditional ethics -— don’t *force* the Christian traditions that have not propelled you to this point. Your respect for Christian values are genuine, you do not need to prove it or force it.

BTW, I support Cruz and Trump, in that order. I've taken heat from both sides on occasion, usually in defending one or the other from disingenuous attacks (as can be inferred from my tagline). But I don't belong to either side's ping lists.

One FReeper on that thread correctly stated that the public readers at Catholic Mass often use the epistle designation "one" or "two" when doing the readings for a Mass, and I concurred, having witnessed that being done probably in thousands of Masses over the years. It is valid alternative "shorthand" way of referring to an epistle. (Those naming designations were not part of the inspired writings themselves, but were added later, like "chapters" and "verses".)

I was there. Got Donald’s autograph & asked John Luke Robertson if I could take his picture. Ivanka & her husband, Robert Hurt & Virgil Goode were also there.
