If you haven’t traveled around the country keep your knee jerk howls and denials but even right after 9-11 I heard bile and vitriol - like “New York> so what it’s not like it was Los Angles”

UPDATE A brouhaha recently erupted about Cruz/s disclosure of the loan. In what was clearly a pre-meditated move (to give himself cover), Cruz did disclose the G/S loan....BUT not on the FEC form required by law. Says he will now amend the FEC form.
Is this why?
The G/S loan is a bigger problem for Cruz than most candidates b/c of the way he/s structured his campaign.
He fashions himself a homegrown guy w/ working class values, a harsh critic of big banks and Wall Street....says he/s just a Texas rube who/ll never have his name on a plane.

slick pol, a powermonger who/ll go against his own principles to get into office.
<><> The loan also reflects on Cruz/s eagerness to greatly expand H-1B visas.
UT OH--QUID PRO QUO LOOMS Goldman Sachs employs hundreds of H-1B visa holders. Cruz/s drumbeat for H-1B/s never mentions that he was on the hook to H-1B user Goldman for over a million.
FLIP FLOPPING AWAY Now, of course, Cruz wants to end H-1B visas. Maybe the terms of the loan have been amended?

And they don’t have republican primary delegates so who cares. And NJ identifies with NY but they don’t have primary delegates so screw them too.

Vulgar language or actions that represent vulgar language point at a heart problem. To the religious parts of the country, a cover like this, is a huge endorsement for Ted Cruz. Attacking from the Left, and thats all the New York Daily News is apparently capable of, will have reinforce the idea that if we want a person who rejects those values we want Ted Cruz.

At least we can see when Teddy messes up. Trumpees can’t see his lies, forgive his millions of flip flops, love it every time he trashes anyone and don’t care that he trashed one of our best SC justices. And trust him to appoint judges.
He is a progressive, braggart (that means anytime he speaks for more than 90 seconds he says how great he is) bully.
I don’t see much difference in Cruz’s New York comment and Romney’s “47%” comment. They both convey a disdain for a significant and important segment of the US population.
Lupica is a New York liberal, yet Trump will like this because he always attacks conservatives from the Left. Why? One, he doesn’t really know conservative values, and he certainly would never apply them to himself. Two, all values for Trump are situational. If being a liberal won’t get him to be president, why not pretend you’re a conservative? Three, having no core values, Trump sees no irony in him spouting Liberal talking points as if they should come out a Republican mouth. In fact, Trump is not really one of us. He doesn’t even play one of us on TV. There he plays himself as a lout.
I’m not for showing classless displays like some of the Trump supporters here do. Free Republic is a family site, and profanity is banned in the forums, at least it used to be.
