In one of his few early openings during Thursday's Republican presidential debate, Ben Carson said marital infidelity by a candidate's spouse - Bill Clinton - was indeed a legitimate question on the campaign trail.
Asked about front-runner Donald Trump's recent claim that Clinton's checkered sexual past was 'fair game' for discussion as long as he campaigns on her behalf, Carson said he agreed.
Carson was also asked by Fox Business News debate moderator Maria Bartiromo whether Hillary Clinton was an 'enabler' for her husband's misconduct, which brought a roar from the Republican audience.
'There's no question that we should be able to look at any past president, whether they're married to somebody who's running for president or not, in terms of their past behavior and what it means,' he said.

Carson BLEW this question in my estimation.
If FOXNEWS wants fireworks give this one to Trump at the next debate... He’ll flat out call Slick Willie a rapist in front of 40 million people.
I don’t think Carson blew it so much as as didn’t hit it out of the park.
Who is supporting Carson? Seriously. He is a nice enough guy, but seriously...
If Trump ran only to get Hillary elected, AS MANY PEOPLE HERE INSISTED (a while ago), then he done a TERRIBLE JOB, as he has virtually paralyzed the “war on woman” motif that Hillary was all set to run on, and has forced Bill Clinton, her secret weapon to fire up the black vote, to hide in the shadows.
And now Hillary is down in 2-ways against virtually EVERY REPUBLICAN (except Jeb, LOL).
So perhaps we stop thinking that we can channel Trump and that his real, secret, purpose is to enable some kind of Democrat victory and instead take the man at his word, at least as he’s campaigning now.
This why ppl like Trump. Trump actually will go there, while everyone else are timid and PC. Trump actually fight and treat it like war, while everyone threat it like golly good sport and if we lose we lose but lets have dinner together after this
There’s a house about a mile from where I live which has a series of ground placards which say in turn Integrity, Compassion, Character, Ability, Vision followed by a Ben Carson 2016 sign. So... he’s got that going for him.

The emphasis needs to be on Hitlery and her strong-arming the victims of her predator husband. Can’t take chances on people feeling sorry for Hitlery for being smeared because of Bill’s crimes - she is more than an enabler.

No doubt about it, Carson’s way out of his league.
I think that is how he started out but that has definitely changed! He is in it to win and nobody really knows who he is except on immigration and guns....good luck with that.
