While Sessions, Cruz, and others on the outside like myself were fighting the worst immigration bill of our generation in 2013, Trump was promoting the Dream Act.  When it really mattered he wasn’t with us.

Why would anyone think Trump’s record matters to Trump supporters? Even Ann Coulter admits he’s not conservative, but says it doesn’t matter since he is right on immigration. I don’t like his touch back amnesty policy. Cruz is the only one making sense not to let them come back.

That graph means nothing when it has Rubio showing that.

What utter crap.

As Phil Robertson says, “It’s now or never.” Conservatives will figure out who’s with us.

what someone states about Kim Davis is meaningless to me - otherwise we’d all be supporting the huckster.

So now Trump's utter lack of any conservative action here is a selling point?

"He never voted for the dream act because he has never held any office, therefore you can't fault him for publicly supporting it!"

That's the best you got?

“Where was he on these issues when it mattered prior to running for president? “

Being a private citizen?

The question is WHY did wonder-candidate Cruz and the rest of the GOP suck so badly on reigning in this out of control government.

Bunch of insiders and talking heads chiding Trump for not stopping the stupidity of DC. What nerve!

“Why would anyone think Trump’s record matters to Trump supporters?”

When Cruz’s record as an elected senator consists on having everything he brought for a vote go down in defeat, it makes us wonder why you guys are looking at his record.

Because you guys seem to out of your way to omit that part of the “Legend of Ted Cruz”, but will swear up and down that as president, it’s all in the bag.

This reminds me of when we in California had the chance after getting Grey Davis out of the Governors seat.
There was the front runner Tom McClintock. Smart, conservative.
Until Schwarzenegger dropped into the race.

It seems to me to be the same scenario.
Ted Cruz vs. Trump.

Don’t make the same mistake Ca. did going for the popular vote vs. the smart conservative.
