The Preterm abortion clinic in Cleveland, Ohio is getting some positive publicity this week after it placed pro-abortion billboards across the city.
The billboards advertise the pro-abortion website MyAbortionMyLife.org and the words, âEnd the silence. End the shame.â, a campaign to portray abortion in a positive light, Mashable reports.
Nancy Starner, Pretermâs director of development and communications, said her abortion clinic wants to end the âstigmaâ of abortion by promoting womenâs âdiverseâ abortion experiences â in other words, womenâs abortion experiences that fit their pro-abortion agenda.
âWe wanted to move away from political black-and-white abstract issue,â Starner said, âand look at it as nuanced, rich, complex experience that women and their families go through.â
The campaign is part of a larger, national pro-abortion effort called the 1 in 3 Campaign, which encourages women to brag about how aborting their unborn babies helped their lives.
A little more than a year ago, Preterm was in the news for a very different reason.
On March 21, 2014, the Cleveland abortion clinic rushed 22-year-old Lakisha Wilson (pictured below) to the hospital after a botched abortion; she died a week later, LifeNews previously reported. In May, the Cuyahoga Medical Examinerâs Office confirmed that Wilson died from complications due to a legal abortion she obtained at Preterm.

Operation Rescue recently uncovered new evidence indicating that there may have been criminal conduct involved in her death at Preterm. Documents indicate that the abortion clinic may have been criminally negligent in Wilsonâs death because a malfunctioning elevator delayed emergency access and treatment. Other information indicates that the abortion clinic also may have performed an illegal, late-term abortion on Wilson, past Ohioâs 20-week abortion limit.

Several other women also reportedly died from botched abortions in the past several years, including Tonya Reaves in Chicago, Jennifer Morbelli in Maryland and a woman in San Diego.
The recent news report about Pretermâs ad campaign never mentions the young womanâs death. Cases like Wilsonâs often are underreported in the liberal mainstream media, which tends to focus on efforts promoting abortion instead.
Ignoring Wilsonâs death, the article touts the abortion clinicâs ad campaign, which claims its purpose is to âchange the conventional political and cultural perception of abortion so that it reflects womenâs personal and diverse experiences.â
Those âdiverse experiencesâ apparently donât include the myriad ways that abortion hurts and sometimes kills women like Wilson and their unborn babies.
Starner told the news outlet that their billboards will be up for six months. So far, they have not received any complaints, she said.
What’s next Murder incorporated is just fine.
ÅWe wanted to move away from political black-and-white abstract issue,ââ¬Â Starner said, ââ¬Åand look at it as nuanced, rich, complex experience that women and their families go through.ââ¬Â
There’s nothing nuanced nor complex about making a decision to kill another person, who has done nothing to deserve such an action...unless one believes there is something ‘rich’ about homicide...
If women only knew how ill-equipped abortion clinics are to respond to emergencies ...
Billboards cost a lot of money. I think the best response would be to get several local black clergymen to mount a leaflet campaign, proclaiming that “racists” are trying to “murder black babies.”
The idea is to get out the idea that the abortionists are serial killers that offer up “dead babies” to their horrific and demonic gods. Implying that women who “sacrifice” their babies in exchange for rewards like “partying”, are sending parts of their souls to Hell.
Of course, it needs to be more gradual than that, but a ream of paper and printers ink is a lot cheaper, and even more effective.

Your cheer is like biting into a lemon but it certainly got the message out.
There are no words to describe how diabolical this is.
These are women who hate men, babies and pregnancy. They hate the fact that women can get pregnant and men can’t. They think it is an injustice.
Run a photo of Lakisha with the caption I’m dead but I feel good about my abortion.
Replace them with confession and repentance.
As Janet Folger, then with Ohio RTL, used to say, "what's the complication? Live baby; dead baby. That's not complicated."
Or even about the increased long term health risks too?
