Donald Trump has admitted cutting off medical treatment to his nephewâs sick baby after he allegedly had his alcoholic brotherâs children cut out of his fatherâs will.
In an interview with the New York Times, Trump said he retaliated because he was âangry because they suedâ. His brother Freddy, a pilot, had died an alcoholic in 1981, aged 43.
He had two children â named after his parents Fred and Mary â with a stewardess he married at age 23 called Linda Clapp. The couple later divorced.
When the family patriarch Fred Sr., died in 1999, Freddyâs son, Fred III, spoke at the funeral. Later that night, his wife went into labor but the baby had cerebral palsy.
The Trump family promised to pay the medical bills. But when Fred Sr.âs will was read, it revealed that the majority of his inheritance would be split between his children â except Freddy Trump Jr.

Thank you HarleyLady27.
You’re right on.
Trump says he canceled the infants insurance. The video of him mocking the disabled reporter is all over You tube and news sites.
Quite puzzling, isn’t it?
;-)
Not that I really care, but how would Donald Trump have the power to cut somebody out of his father’s will? I’m now the executor of my mother’s will and I have very little power except to pay her hospital bills and minor debts.
You’re hoping that other FReepers commit suicide?
You need to change your handle and your tagline.
That's how it was done in our family. But it's not a law or anything.
I have actually posted the same story you linked probably two months ago.
Indeed... if you don’t like a candidate, well then, stay on the threads of your own preferred one...simple, no?
You are the one who is acting like a democrat by trying to shut down discussion of an article that will be damaging to Donald Trump. It appears that he cut off his nephews sick child from medical care in order to get back at his nephew for contesting a will that Donald Trump helped his father draft which cut his dead sons children out completely. What a nasty man to punish a baby to get back at his nephew - definitely not presidential material.
I honestly want to know if a Presidential candidate is the sort of scumbag who will cancel the medical insurance for his nephews critically ill baby out of spite. Someone who gets their revenge on a baby is not fit to be anywhere near the nuclear launch codes.
He gets his revenge on a baby. We are not dealing with a sane man here. He idolizes Kim Jong Un and got his revenge on his nephews sick baby. What a bastard.
Say, Khaleda, did you know Baraq has a brother who lives in a hut?

Would you rather have me say, “I look forward to your heads exploding?”
A drive off a cliff might at least be survivable.
Doesn’t Trump’s temperament concern you given that he openly expresses admiration for dictators like Putin and Kim Jong Un and admits that in anger he took revenge on a critically ill baby.
Don't forget the mountain lions - it makes for a better story.
The guy you accused of being from DU has been on FR for longer than you have
Uh, I read the article. Trump was assessing the two foreign leaders, and he gave an accurate, objective assessment.
If brutal honesty sets your hair on fire, that's YOUR problem.
As for the baby, see my post #138, directly after your post #137.
The baby was apparently retrieved from the rushes of the Hudson River, where he'd been abandoned by Donald Trump in hopes that the crocodiles and hippopotami that infest that dismal watercourse would consume him, and was brought up by a gentleman with the same name as his original father, except that this man was wealthy...
How fortunate. :)
