Conversely, Chuck might well today be a respected King if he’d not been introduced to a very immature Diana. I recall that she was soon in over her head as much as Obama is today.
In the mid-seventies I socialized and worked with a fair number of English ladies, 25-50 yrs. of age. To a person they adored Charles. He was widely thought of as England’s most eligible bachelor. Diana was an example of THAT WOMAN.
My conclusion is that Fleet Street et al. did a hatchet job on the lad.
All that said, their sons are better than remarkable young men. One has to acknowledge that Charles has had a significant role in their upbringing.
They have tried everything else, and this is their last ditch hope that a Herman Cain can take him down....

I don’t get it. To be honest, the idea of Donald Trump as a romantic or sexual partner gives me the creeps too, but that doesn’t have a single thing to do with his qualifications to be president.
There’s no bigger fan of Diana than me. I scoff at Kate Middleton - a skinny goody-goody who can’t hold a candle to the amazingly charismatic and photogenic Rebel Diana. That said, Diana, I believe, had mental problems exacerbated by the royal cage she was put into. She had affairs with married men and harassed them with hundreds of phone calls. The police and intelligence agencies had to hush this up but it eventually came out. She also stalked James Hewitt and even threatened to become a Muslim when she fell for an Indian doctor. (Who, btw, ended up a paunchy old reprobate!) She had terrible taste in men, poor Diana, and would be alive today if she hadn’t gotten a divorce and taken up with that idiot Dodi. (Sometimes the only men who will ask a very beautiful girl out are the losers in society - true!)
But a more beautiful English Rose I have never seen!
The Donald when he was younger wasn’t a bad looking guy. But he’s 69 years old and looks it. Plus, he always appears to have slept in his clothes. Plus, despite people telling me that he’s lost a lot of weight, he still looks pretty pudgy to me. And I’m a Trump supporter.
