CNN Commentator Bob Beckel tells Michael Smerconish that he is looking into a controversial letter Donald Trump sent to Princess Diana.

“Trump clearly saw Diana as the ultimate trophy wife,” and launched a “floral bombardment” of orchids and roses on Kensington Palace from across the Atlantic, broadcaster Selina Scott said.

Trump would later remark after Di’s fatal car crash in 1997 that one of his biggest regrets was never having the chance to date her.
“They liked each other a lot, but nothing ever came of it,” a Trump campaign spokesperson told The Post.

Bravado doesn't necessarily equate to bravery.
For example, Lech Walesa and Vaclev Havel were soft-spoken, but courageous. I believe that Cruz has that same courage. He displayed it in during the so-called government shutdown.
Over the years, I've found that people would rather face death than to stand alone against public ostracism.

I believe that when Trump had his fantasies about Princes Di he was between wives and she was single. So the issue with this is what exactly?

She was so unhappy, and should not have been with Dodi. He was beneath her, but the only one treating her with respect at that time.
I cried for weeks when she died, and I was surprised that I reacted that way. I think it was the terrible, deep-felt sadness ...the loss, the boys, etc. Millions felt the same way. Donald would have changed everything and saved her life. Anything found that represents an effort on his part will only heighten his standing today.
Quick, Bob - get that item down to the Martian Embassy right away.

That’s odd, it was never seen on the front page of National Enquirer. Which,this week had the front page blaring that Kate and HARRY AS THE NEW English Royals. The Queen passed over Charles and his second bride completely. I believe that to be true just as it is believed Donald and Di had a relationship, up close and personal. NOT!! Bob Beckel must be high on his pain pills or his bottle of hooch. This meat on the bun with no extras: special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickle, onion. Or even the tomato.

Beckel is following precedent here. When the “He likes nice looking women” card was played on Herman Cain it knocked him out.
In this case, Trump will gain from it because Beckel is an @$$#013 and everyone knows it.
