Conservative commentator Ann Coulter, who has been boosting Donald Trump for president, took to Twitter on Wednesday to declare that Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) is not a natural born citizen.
Ann Coulter @AnnCoulter
Same lawyers who said anchor babies are in the Constitution now tell us being born outside U.S to 1 American parent = natural born citizen.
Ann Coulter @AnnCoulter
NYT: Cruz was born outside the U.S. to 1 American parent: "Under the Constitution this makes him a 'natural born citizen.'â Absolutely false
Coulter joins Trump in questioning whether Cruz can legally be president.
âRepublicans are going to have to ask themselves the question: âDo we want a candidate who could be tied up in court for two years?â Thatâd be a big problem,â Trump told The Washington Post on Tuesday.

Makes him a natural-born citizen the same way the children of an overseas diplomat are natural-born citizens.
Coulter's wrong on this one. We went through this stuff with a fine-tooth comb with Obama. Even though I think he lied about his birth certificate, etc., since his mother was an American citizen, he was a natural-born citizen.
Lol! The problem with pretending to be stupid is you eventually succeed.
e^3 - time for your meds!
Coulter is campaigning for Trump, so she can be ignored.
My concern is were Cruz to become the nominee, or actually elected, this particular court would take great delight in declaring him to be ineligible, and the democrats will file the suit, with the remedy being of course, that the democrat candidate wins be default.
Bingo!
No she isn’t right. SCOTUS disagrees on the topic. It will take a court case before them to finally get the answer.
I wish people who claim they know the answer would just listen to that oral argument. How can anyone know the answer when SCOTUS DO NOT AGREE and question it??????????????
Mark Levin says yes and Coulter says no. Which one supported Christie and Romney?
*******************************************************************************
BINGO .... and which one periodically seemingly goes INSANE (or, at least, highly illogical)?
Don’t forget Ann’s support of Mitch, and her dalliance with (puke) Bill Maher. Yeah, I trust what she says!
The same was once said of Justice Roberts. Considering Cruz has just 'adjusted' his immigration policies, he's shown he can be 'flexible' on his positions. I guess we would have to elect him to see where he stands.
Snicker!
Ann Coulter holds out hope for Romney 2016
Ann Coulter: This country needs Chris Christie
Coulter on 2016 GOP Field: 'I Hate Them All Except for Scott Walker'
Coulter has...issues.
Coulter thinks his birth was UNNATURAL?
â âMyra Belle âSallyâ Miller â the 195â8 Miss Arkansâas who said in 19â92 that she had âhad an affair with Clinâton in 1983. âShe claimedâ that sheâ had been âwarned noât to go public by a Demoâcraticâ Party official: âThey knew that I went joggâing by myself and he couldnât guarâantee what would happen to my prâetty little legs.â â
Into this:
"Myra Belle "Sally" Miller -- the 1958 Miss Arkansas who said in 1992 that she had had an affair with Clinton in 1983. She claimed that she had been warned not to go public by a Democratic Party official: "They knew that I went jogging by myself and he couldn't guarantee what would happen to my pretty little legs."
Real easy here:
hahahahahahahaha......you forgot your /sarc tag/
Ginsburg lands on the side of Jus sanguinis. IIRC, the idea was brought up in the Nguyen argument in relation to Romney’s father.
“Cruz would be wonderful on the court.”
Trump would be great at building golf courses and Hillary would be great as an inmate dressed in orange.
Your comment that Coulter is superior to Ted Cruz in anything is hilarious. Let’s compare her legal record to his before making such a ludicrous statement.
Another day, another noob Trump troll.
and you’re supporting Trump because he’s NEVER changed a position, right?
LOLOLOLOLOLOL
This is the same Ann Coulter who was singing the praises of Mitt Romney and Chris Christie before this.
