Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei continued his diatribe against Saudi Arabia following the execution of of prominent Shiâite Cleric Nimr-Al-Nimr.
âThe hand of God will take vengeance against Saudi leaders,â Khamenei said on Sunday morning.
Khamenei told Iranian national TV that âfor the unjust spilling of blood of this holy man, who suffered and was downtrodden, there will no doubt be heavenly vengeance taken upon Saudi politicians.â
Khamenei also said that it was âa political mistakeâ taken by the Saudis, who are the greatest political and religious rival to Iran in the Persian gulf. Additionally, Khameneiâs website published an image that compared Saudi Arabia to ISIS.
According to Yedioth Ahronoth report, Saudi Arabian officials responded to Khamenei's comments and said that the Iranian condemnation of the execution âreveals the true face of the Iranian regime, that is one that supports terror.â
The Saudi Arabian Foreign Ministry in Riyadh issued a statement which read: âIran is a partner to all of the atrocities of the terrorists in the entire region, due to the support they offer to the terrorists."

Maybe the fact they are fighting one another means they have less time to fight the Judeo-Christian West.
He’s probably right. Just not the way he expects.
Got a point there.
If Iran and Saudi Arabia go to war, I guess Obama has committed us to be on Iran’s side with his Iran deal?
The terrorists have “haughty eyes”. And we know what happens to their kind from the good book.
pride goes before destruction
Dunno, it sounds like this non-deal deal is all Calvinball.
SA is sure trying hard to be the world’s sweetheart by being the source of bargain basement oil. Maybe to make something like this less plausible. Endanger us and your energy prices explode.
About a week ago...the Saudis wrapped up their 2016 budget...making a number of cuts (at least WSJ reports that). For whatever they are getting out of this low-budget deal...it’s hurting to a big extent. They might be able to carry this through the end of 2016, but I don’t see cheap oil lasting that long.
I absolutely believe this. All in God's time...
"Religion of peace"
"Where is mommy?"
"They just want to live here like everyone else"
Hey, that would be a great protest chant!
CC
by equating Iran to Saudi Arabia, you indicate vast ignorance of the incident and implications
Correct. It was Saudis who attacked us on 9/11 and Saudis whom we should have nuked on 9/12
If Iran and Saudi Arabia go to war, I guess Obama has committed us to be on Iranâs side with his Iran deal?
Ozero gets to manipulate the situation so Saudi Arabia goes Muslim Brotherhood.
They are not the same, but they do have common denominators. They both support terror, just one of Sunni and one of Shiite. One is chummy with the Russians at present, and one with the US.
There is going to be quite a tribulation with that religion running amok globally before judgement comes.
Suuni/Shia Islam just needs a good slap down every couple of hundred years to keep it in check. It is a religion based on a superiority complex of utterly inferior people. The one situation they can not abide is beng shown how inferior they are. Every once in a while they get totally owned and only then will they go back under thier rocks and STFU for a while. This pussy footing around and deference that Bush started and Obama’s virtual complicity are doing nothing but convincing them they are on the right path. It will only get worse until somebody says enough.
2016 is going to be a long, ugly and dangerous year on so many levels.
Heavenly Father, protect and bless this nation as we strive to turn her back to you in these perilous times.
it would be such a shame if someone dropped a house on Khamenei.
Who helped kill 250 Marines? Hezbollah killed them with Iranian and Syrian help.
Who supplies the missiles to the Palestiinians? Iran through Syria.
Who killed the Christian President of Lebanon? The Assads.
Who allowed Jihadis to attack US forces from Syria? The Assads.
Too, in Iraq, there is that radical cleric, he’s a Shiite.
Yes, the 2 are fairly equal.
Most of the 911 hijackers were in Iran the previous year.
