SA is sure trying hard to be the world’s sweetheart by being the source of bargain basement oil. Maybe to make something like this less plausible. Endanger us and your energy prices explode.
About a week ago...the Saudis wrapped up their 2016 budget...making a number of cuts (at least WSJ reports that). For whatever they are getting out of this low-budget deal...it’s hurting to a big extent. They might be able to carry this through the end of 2016, but I don’t see cheap oil lasting that long.
