Post all other live streams as these are not always reliable, but the Right Side stream usually comes through.

Are you sure that that’s the “real” reason, or did you just make that up ?
One of those is illegal.
I’m interested in your take on Cruz. There is an element of lawyerness I don’t trust.
If you’ll ping when you post it, please add me!
RED cream soda?
Here, sarsaparilla is red; sometimes birch beer is red and the sarsaparila is brown.
He refuses to see reality.
Yes, Cruz uses WEASEL WORDS, which I find creepy.
Our “sas-parella” is brown or clearing a brown bottle. It taste more like root beer I have had it home made once or twice as a kid. We have sassafras trees on our property but use it mostly for the amber color of hot tea Mmmm think I may dig a root this week. (Just boil a little piece of root— strain and add a bit of honey— best hot drink on cold night)
;-)

Not made up. My mother was from Mississippi (she “ran off and married a Yankee”, as my maternal grandfather would say of her marriage to a Pennsylvanian) and whenever I visited family down there and listened to the old folks’ talk, they ALL had stories about how they turned down offers to buy Coca-Cola stock at the beginning. Apparently, Coca-Cola was the Apple of its day and made many Southern investors quite wealthy. But, even as a small child, I quickly realized they were just BS one another.
Anyhow, that’s my story and I’m stickin’ to it.
What year did Coca Cola start issuing stock?
I love birch beer, but it's not easy to get. And root beer isn't the same as it was when I was younger.
LOL...family MYTHS, so I’m NOT taking your word for why Southerners call all soft drinks “coke”.
Oh, I do hear you.
It’s too obvious for words.
The chaplain wears his candidate blurb on his tagline, deems himself to be all things pretty special, then pounces on some hapless TRUMP supporter, on a TRUMP thread, even a TRUMP RALLY thread, and then foists his ten cent counsel onto the unsuspecting freeper, who’s minding his own business, and presents his medicine show.
It’s hilarious. Thought maybe if he had a J. O. B., he would run play. Elsewhere. LOL!
Out here in Seattle it is Microsoft.
“If only my investment guy hadn’t told me to dump Microsoft!”
Although there are plenty of guys that retired at 35 - 40 too!
Want me to look it up? I have a book all about Coca Cola. :-)
Sis brings birch beer back with her from PA. Love it. But it’s not the same as BIG RED or root beer. There is a great rootbeer made in Ohio that I purcha at Maynard’s here. Never have seen it anywhere else
In 1919.
There is a local Ct. soda company that makes great birch beer, but their gingerale is AMAZING so I tend to drink more of that, when I want a soda.
I went to boarding school in Pa. so I might have had that birch beer, when I was in school.
Think it’s made in the eastern part of the state. There is a small community in NH with a covered bridge that had the best root beer. There are only two types of ginger ale around here — only one is without sugar. Would love to find a good diet one. Even if I had to order it. UPS delivers all sorts of goodies
In the beginning, Coca Cola was nothing but a PATENT MEDICINE hawked by montebanks, who claimed that it was a cureall for every ill.And yes, the original formula DID contain a teensy smidgen of coca leaves. But due to the PURE FOOD AND DRUG ACTS of 1913, the recipe was changed.
