RED cream soda?

Here, sarsaparilla is red; sometimes birch beer is red and the sarsaparila is brown.

Our “sas-parella” is brown or clearing a brown bottle. It taste more like root beer I have had it home made once or twice as a kid. We have sassafras trees on our property but use it mostly for the amber color of hot tea Mmmm think I may dig a root this week. (Just boil a little piece of root— strain and add a bit of honey— best hot drink on cold night)
