A McDonaldâs restaurant in Tennessee is showing its Christmas spirit with a painted nativity scene that has now gone viral. On Monday, Amy Basel posted a photo of a McDonaldâs located in Spring Hill, TN with a nativity scene in between the messages âHis name is Jesusâ and âRejoiceâ painted on the windows of the storefront.

McDonald’s may have become too diversified, wanting to please all appetites all of the time. They would benefit going back to using their Dollar Menu. Too bad McDonald’s did not stand fast against the new $15.00 minimum wage, as this makes doing business far more expensive, and more likely to employ fewer workers.
Hey libs remember, these were poor immigrants seeking shelter.
Merry Christms from the Three Little Pigs.
Christmas. And I was replying to the Opuke photo.
Man would I love to see him pulled out of a spider hole like Saddam someday.
You just made me smile. Thanks.
Growing up, I used to pass out luminary candles for the annual neighborhood Christmas lighting in Rancho Bernardo. I only remember one Jewish lady who politely declined, smiling and saying “no thank you, I don’t participate”. She took no offense whatsoever.
I’d go to my Jewish cousins for Hanukah and they’d come to our house for Christmas. Now, they’re uptight about it.
McDs caved to the liberals that didn’t even eat at McDs and removed the very ingredient that made McDs successful in the first place. They destroyed the flavor of their fries and burgers all to appease those that were not customers. They added to the stupidity of that decision by including non-profitable items like salads to further appease those liberals that still would never be customers.
Those poor daughters...
Wanna bet McD HQ is already getting complaint calls and the store manager will be forced to remove that before the end of the day.
This kind of thing is common in Tennessee but I hate it when it makes national news because it brings the lowlife liberal dregs of society to Tennessee to see if they can start trouble.
If I found him in a spider hole, I’d be tempted to leave him and seal the hole for all time.
Or it could be serving as a form of a “backlash” against the anti-Christian attacks and by extention, the attacks on Jesus.
....Or they will get schooled in what Christmas is all about.
My thoughts exactly. Just 20 years ago, this would not have come as a surprise to anyone. Scary.
During the annual “Away with the manger!” campaign by the ACLU, I asked a local rabbi what he thought about Nativity scenes.
“What’s to not like?”, he replied, “It depicts a nice Jewish family of the house of David!”
Sad, but there was time when we could rely on people getting their “just deserts” (in the here and now, not the hereafter). The lesson of Slick Willy, Angelo Mozillo, Corzine, Shrillary, et al is that those times are over. Society has been cut adrift from its ethical moorings.
True! We are good at schoolin’ them down here. :-)
When I was 19 I worked at a dry cleaners owned by a lovely Jewish couple (this was a couple hundred or so years ago!). I painted a nativity on the window with Merry Christmas beneath. I’m glad to see this.
“Society has been cut adrift from its ethical moorings”.
That is a perfect way to put it.
