Authorities are responding to a report of 20 victims in a shooting in San Bernardino on Wednesday.

The incident was reported in the 1300 block of S. Waterman Avenue (map), according to the San Bernardino Fire Department.

No one knows if they were targeted or if they happened to be there. People with a grudge don't walk in with a ski mask. They want their victims to KNOW who's shooting at them.

The owner of the building said he was told the people renting the hall were the targets. I'm pretty sure that's what I heard.

You are correct. I’ve been trying to convey the Regional Center is a pass through state agency to determine eligibility for disabled persons. This agency vendors businesses to give services to eligible DD persons.

I recently bought a concealed carry gun with good sights. My J-frame revolver has sights that are rudimentary at best. Given the number of folks buying body armor, head shots may be needed. Assuming of course that you live somewhere that allows you to defend yourself. IE, not in California.

I doubt it. Most employees and patients are likely Hispanic. Drug cartels are the worst of the worse but I can’t see their motive in a health employee Christmas party or in killing elderly disabled or other disabled. It seems like a location ideal for ISIS terror attack.
