People in this country are not on edge about the possibility of climate change slipping across the border, then later killing Americans at a shopping mall, theater, or sporting event. They’re not worried that climate change may smuggle a bomb onto an airliner. They are not afraid of the possibility of climate change detonating a dirty bomb in a large American city. Carly is right.
