Euric Cain 'will likely spend the rest of his life in jail,': man shot Tulane med student

U.S. marshals and New Orleans SWAT team members on Monday arrested the suspect in the shooting of a Tulane University medical student who has been hailed as a good Samaritan for trying to stop an abduction. Police said the man quickly confessed to the crime. --

Police said video surveillance showed Cain dragging a woman to his SUV about 4 a.m. Friday near Magazine and St. Mary streets. Police have not said what they believe Cain intended to do to the woman. But at just that moment, police said, Gold drove up and tried to intervene in the situation.

Cain turned his gun on Gold and demanded money from him, police said. When the student said he did not have any on him, Cain became enraged and shot him once in the stomach, police said. Cain tried to shoot him twice in the head, but the gun jammed, police said.

--- Cain has a history of arrests. He pleaded guilty in July 2012 to illegal carrying of a weapon and in May 2014 to stealing a motor vehicle.

Prime example of what happens when the 2nd Amendment is unconstitutionally infringed by the treasonists. This student saw the girl in trouble and he SHOULD have had a gun and pulled it on the Obamason, told him to drop the girl and gun and hit the ground..But instead being the brave individual he was, he confronted the Obamason anyway and it almost got him killed. This is a prime example that 2nd Amendment unconstitutional infringement doesn’t save lives, it gets people killed. Criminals should NEVER have the upper hand! 2nd Amendment unconstitutional infringement gives it to them thanks to the treasonists.

I think abortion has done terrible things to the psyche of the family - and its prevalence among blacks means the damage is worse there. If you know your mother has killed your siblings - if she is both grieving and raging - if your father feels no responsibility because your mother could have done away with you - if your girlfriend has killed your child - if your boyfriend wants you to kill your child - if you have killed your child - it destroys something in you.

But I do think we should pay dysfunctional people not to have children, rather than to have children. For all we know, Euric Cain’s mother may have been a good, working woman who tried hard to raise him right, but he grew up in vicious surroundings that made him vicious. He paid tribute to his mother in some social media post marvelling that he had lived to be 21 years old.

I have a cut-and-paste reply to these kinds of articles when they are first reported.

“Fearless Forecast:
1) He was out on parole
2) He has committed serious crimes that were plea-bargained down to a lesser charge
3) He has a record as long as your arm
4) All of the above”

Some newspapers delete that comment - one said they were afraid of a libel suit. Each time, it turns out I’m right - or at least 2) and 3) (not bragging - just going by past experience).

Our Judicial System has turned out to be a revolving door justice, and when an occasional citizen does their job for them by taking out the Bad Guy, there are cries of “vigilante justice”. What do they expect?
