Dear chief when you and the surrounding states have reciprocity agreements so i can legally defend myself in your hellhole, i will consider your proposal.
In DC how could that be done? DC is one great big “gun free” zone...for law abiding citizens at least.

Handguns are all but illegal in DC. No ability for law abiding citizens to defend themselves.
If she follows up and supports law-abiding people in DC to be armed then I will believe her. . .but then again, easy to say when 99.0009% residents in DC are not law-abiding. . .and that includes Congress, the pResident and the SCOTUS (except for a couple on the bench. . .that accounts for the .0001%.)

The last number I saw was 45 out of 250ish applications had been granted.
It sounds like the chief should stop being a HYPOCRITE and give the people of DC something more than a sound bite.
