Must suck to live in New York. I can’t imagine wanting to live in that hellhole.

If you don’t have rent support, and you don’t have a jackpot job, New York is tough. That’s why Brooklyn is coming back... Manhattan is way to pricey; Brooklyn is on its way.

I don’t know what to tell NYers.
They’ve elected a communist mayor;
what else is left for them to do?

"Half of New York City residents say they are struggling economically, making ends meet just barely, if at all, and most feel sharp uncertainty about the future of the city's next generation"

...and yet, they choose to live there.

They deserve it. 85% of the city voted for 0bama. Then they elect a Communist for mayor.

Embrace the suck New Yorkers.

I would need to double my annual salary to be able to afford a one-bedroom apartment the size of our master bathroom here in Mississippi.

It simply doesn’t make economic sense to live in such a market.

Nothing keeping them there.

Can always move to Nebraska and farm.

But that would be work, now wouldn’t it?

“Half of New York City residents say they are struggling economically, making ends meet just barely, if at all,”

Time to raise taxes and the minimum wage!
Repeat repeatedly.

New York is bad and going to get worse when we don’t send money for reconstruction of something or other damaged by ISIS

Half of New York City residents say they are struggling economically, making ends meet just barely, if at all, and most feel sharp uncertainty about the future of the city's next generation, a new poll shows.

Move to a park bench, and buy a New York Times for comfort and cover.

New York City residents "not getting by"?

These schmucks always vote overwhelmingly democrat.

So, as long as the Obamas, the Cuomos, the deBlasios and other politicians are doing well what does it matter?

Things are bad in New York.

Yeah. Hard to get by in $100,000 per year.
