The U.S. intelligence community has retreated from claims that two emails in Hillary Clintonâs private account contained top secret information, a source familiar with the situation told POLITICO.
The determination came from Director of National Intelligence James Clapperâs office and concluded that the two emails did not include highly classified intelligence secrets. Concerns about the emails' classification helped trigger an on-going FBI inquiry into Clinton's private email set-up.

Exactly, this is Politico who parses words to spin everything to Dems favor. They don’t say it wasn’t classified, just that is wasn’t “highly classified”. Either way, she violated the law. Politico is not a news organization and needs to be sued out of existence.

Even if they did not contain classified information (which would be even worse in violation of the NDA she signed), she is not supposed to conduct State Department business on a private server. That's another law.
This dodge has been used before, kinda like it being sort of (wink, wink) okay for Bubba to get a Lewinsky from an intern because it 'wasn't really sex'. (Still, it'd get you fired from any Fortune 500 company). He used that to skate on Obstruction of Justice and Perjury.
IMHO, any Felony should disqualify her from ever being POTUS. (And there are likely plenty to choose from).

No, there was also the Chesea wedding planning. :-)

Yet, Hillary skates free of penalty or even doubt. Shame on these troublesome suspicions spread by the right wing. It’s amazing how that works time after time. It almost makes you think the entire government is corrupt.

Either the check cleared, or a manila envelope arrived on somebody’s desk containing 8x10’s of somebody’s family...

It’s funny I saw 2 nights ago on Fox where highly sensitive unnamed sources in the FBI themselves are saying exactly the opposite. These were highly confidential and Top Secret. These are only 2. I’m still waiting for the report on the #of emails recovered from her server and their contents

Agree, that's criminal, especially for its director.

So Keyhole images are not classified any more? Gotta tell my ISSO.

Yet, Hillary skates free of penalty or even doubt. The safest bet in the world is that Hillary will not face prosecution over this. There never was any chance of it.
