Donald Trump ranks first in the last poll determining the format of the GOP's next main stage presidential debate.
Trump, with 26 percent, has a 3-point lead over Ben Carson according to the Fox News survey.
Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Marco Rubio (Fla.) are tied for third place with 11 percent each. Former Govs. Jeb Bush (R-Fla.) and Mike Huckabee (R-Ark.) take 4 percent apiece, as do Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Gov. John Kasich (R-Ohio).
Former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina then takes 3 percent, while Gov. Chris Christie (R-N.J.) rounds out the GOP's top ten with 2 percent.
Fox News conducted its latest poll under the joint direction of Anderson Robbins Research (D) and Shaw & Company Research (R-).
They surveyed 476 GOP primary voters Nov. 1-3 with a 4.5 percent margin of error.

It’s going to come down to 4 guys: Trump Carson, Cruz, Rubio. Any of them could take it, though they each have different paths to get there. The rest should drop out and get news talking head jobs, which they would probably be good at.
Trump, Carson, Cruz, Rubio combined are at 71%, which leaves 29% going to the dwarfs now, but they soon will settle on the other 4. I see Cruz and Rubio as the most likely benefactors of that “loose” 29%. This is a wide open race.
I think Trump has upper limits on getting that 29% that is quite severe. There are still lots of Republicans put off by what they see as an “ungentlemanly” behavior and attitude, you hear it all the time: “Yes, Trump’s entertaining and shakes things up, BUT⦔ (I have to admit I’m one, also my family is very conservative but distrust Donald).
If Carson drops, the majority of his support will be most likely to go to Cruz, since the Doc’s appeal is largely religious-based and Cruz’ Christian commitment is clear and strong (unlike Trump, Cruz can actually quote the Bible without cue cards), Rubio is also more conversant with evangelicals and could also pick up some pieces from ex-Carsonites.
Bottom line, for Trump to win, he needs Carson to stay in, at least through the early primary states. If it goes to 1-on-1, Trump vs. Cruz, or Trump vs. Rubio, Donald could win, but I’d bet my money against him.
Bloody Megyn briefly mentioned Trump leading the new Fox poll tonight, then immediately launched into the Quinnpatiac poll showing all the candidates beating Clinton except Trump (Even Christie). She ranted and raved for 10 minutes with her usual Trump hating loudmouths about how bad Trump does against Shitery.
“Explains the bias and inaccurate poll of NBC”
He’s exactly right, but Real Unclear Politics continues to use that outliner poll to drive down Trump’s numbers.
Add this one.
Mr. Carson how many women did you refer to doctors you knew that performed abortions?
Mr. Carson why did you sit on the board of directors for almost 20 years at CostCo and Kellogg, when both companies for years have given millions for abortions all around the world.
Thanks for the link. NBC/WSJ and the like do very small sample sizes nationally that are very easy to manipulate. They do not want to show Trump way out in front showing his true support.
New book, and TV ads for Iowa and N Hampshire.
CBS did that to Carson with the bizarro pyramid story.
Shows what high negatives will do.
Trump is going to win the primaries comfortably. Around 86 days left before he takes Iowa and then NH followed by SC.
Carly could not even beat the extreme leftist Barb Boxer.
All Hillary has to do is how this video of Carly.
Which polls do you believe? Trump ahead in 97% of polls or the one in which Hillary beats Trump?
>> Ted in the Attorney General position
Good appointment. But I’m also very happy with a perpetual senatorial position for Cruz.
[(Jeb at 4%)]
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
(ow, my side)
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
That would make more sense. I can’t figure out why Carson is polling so high. He’s a very nice guy, but there just isn’t any there, there.
LOL!
None.
Trump ahead in 97% of polls or the one in which Hillary beats Trump?
I don't believe that either.
