The states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to make mandates concerning INTRAstate locker rooms.

So the choice is simple. You can either read the Constitution to find out about the federal governments constitutionally limited powers, or you can continue being a low-information slave to a very corrupt federal government that blatantly ignores its constitutionally limited powers.
