Just came back from rally. Great day, great crowd. High energy all around with military members listening as Trump rolled out his plan to reform veterans’ care. VA bureaucrats must be sweating bullets because he is going to clean house.
After meeting, he is collecting signatures also. plus signing volunteers.
Every candidate running has a plan to reform the VA. Lots of talk there. But who will actually carry out his/her plan? Trump is the only one I trust to do that.
Not to be argumentative, but do they? I know Hillary diesn’t. Does Fiorina? Cruz?

Some of them haven't said anything really specific yet (too risky, I guess), but most of them have at least talked about it.
For example, Hillary recently said that the VA's problems have "not been as widespread as it has been made out to be." So I guess her plan is a tweak here and a tweak there.
