Jeb is in the race only because of family obligation.
He didn’t really want to run and its over for him.
As he said last weekend, he has cool things to do other than run for President.
I'm not convinced Jeb could do it without screwing up.
I will not vote for another Bush, even if he is nominated. But I’m not a Rubio fan either.
Two wrongs don’t make a right. Just because 0vomit and Kerry had poor attendance doesn’t mean it’s fine for the conservatives we elect. Rubio correctly pointed out the hypocrisy and double standards and partisanship of the media. For that I applaud him. But Robio has lied repeatedly about his positions on multiple issues, particularly amnesty. He is not to be trusted.
Enjoyable read.
Jeb had trouble following the flow of the debate because it was in English.
great article seek. There have been a number of very good articles concerning the debate. It was great to see them fighting back. Even the ones I might not vote for I was proud of. the only real jerks of the night wereh Jeb Bush and John kasich. Huck did not take the bait on attacking trump. I changed my opinion of him. I don’t want him to win the primary but he’s a good man. christy is a good speaker and I like llhim. Too Moderate. belongs as governor. Kind of like rudy in new york
Those moderators were no different than Fox. It was the same theme.
Pray America wakes
In my case it’s one of those stages-of-grief thing: you watch a guy hit his thumb with a hammer and empathize, then you watch him do it again and wonder if maybe there isn’t something wrong with him, then you watch it again and begin to enjoy the show. With Yeb I’m sort of at the giggling stage.
Roger Simmions is a fabulous writer.
I think the little spat between Jeb and Rubio was a set up.
Jeb and family decided he should get out but wanted to make sure Rubio would be the beneficiary.
The audience should have sneezed into their hands saying “Issues! Issues!”.
I would like to hear about all the cool things Jeb will be doing when he drops out.
Liken this to a football coach who scripts his first 20 plays from scrimmage. Regardless of how circumstances of the game change, the coach sticks with his script and gets crushed.
Jeb had tunnel-vision. He knew the plays he wanted to run and ran them. He paid no attention to what was going on around him and showed a complete inability to adjust on the fly. He probably didn’t even hear Rubio’s previous response as he prepared to run his play. He ran it, and got sacked.
