Vice President Biden announced Wednesday that he will not run for president, ending months of feverish speculation over his 2016 plans and likely settling the Democratic field.
Speaking in the Rose Garden alongside his wife Jill and President Obama, Biden said the window of opportunity to mount a viable campaign "has closed." He has been weighing a decision since summer, but cautioned all along that he and his family were grieving over the loss of his son Beau Biden -- and said Wednesday he knew that process could outlast the window for making a decision.
"Unfortunately I believe we're out of time, the time necessary to mount a winning campaign for the nomination," Biden said.

I was pushing Biden...because, he is the dumbest man in the universe.....but, at the end of the day, Hillary Clinton, will be crowned Queen of the life low, traitor Democrat Party!!! In fact, she will be much easier to beat then Biden and the Obama Democrat vermin that would have pushed him!!!

1) and 4) are undoubtedly true, 2) is probably irrelevent to his decision, and 3) is doubtful, IMO.
Biden drops out, and Hillary doesn't know anything about where Obama was during the Benghazi attack when she testifies.

As a fellow man and a Christian to Biden I say: Go home. You’ve had enough pain and sorrow in your life. You don’t need this job. Retire, be with and take care of the family you have now.

They can’t come out and really fight for Hillary because she just might be a traitor and thief and killer and they don’t want to be associated with that.
