WASHINGTON (CNN) —Donald Trump implied Friday that former President George W. Bush could share some blame for the September 11, 2001, attack on the World Trade Center, since he was in office at the time.
"When you talk about George Bush, I mean, say what you want, the World Trade Center came down during his time," Trump said Friday morning on Bloomberg TV.
Bloomberg anchor Stephanie Ruhle interjected, "Hold on, you can't blame George Bush for that," before Trump stood by his comments.
"He was president, OK? ... Blame him, or don't blame him, but he was president. The World Trade Center came down during his reign," Trump said.
The comments came in response to a question from Ruhle about Trump's "soft hand." She said the world had seen his strong side, but Bush after 9/11 and President Barack Obama after the Sandy Hook massacre both had to stand in front of America and show a different side of them.
By the way, I don’t blame W at all for 9/11. I do blame him heavily for being a reconquista supporter, and for vastly overestimating Muslim’s propensity to support democracy.
Who ya going to blame? Clinton? Obama?
When the ugly reality is both sides of the rotten professional politicians corrupt club is to blame.
And what did we get? A compassionate 10 long BS war which left thousands of dead Americans while Bush looted the America treasure of trillions?
This was a Bush clean up?

He could validly blame GWB for the Iraq mess but not for 9/11. W did a good job of uniting the nation after that tragedy. W gave in to Demorats, Ted Kennedy on education spending and for not balancing the budget. Lets call it as we see it like umpires should do.
Trump has a firm grasp of the obvious, but doesn’t need to go there!
What? For two weeks? After that it was pretty much back to "Business as Usual."

There ya go. We figured by 9/12 the borders would be secured. Nope! We got zip, nothing.
And what happened in the years following? George Bush aided and abetted tens of millions to enter the U.S. while he celebrated Cinco De Mayo up in the White House.
Be very aware of anyone attempting to give this guy a pass.

It’s not as if there isn’t enough to blame GW for, but 9/11 is just a little over the top. As I recall the Cintoon people did all sorts of damage and played lots of games on the incoming Bush Administration so I am sure they were straight up on their national security debacles.
I wonder if Trump knows that Clinton had Obama a few times and refused to take him?
Had Clinton done his job we would probably never had a Middle East conflict or 9-11.
In addition people forget Clinton gave China the Rocket and Guidance technology needed to repair their broken down system back in his time. So China went from lobbing maybe the odd missile into at most the northern part of Alaska to instead being able to accurately target every city in the world.

Our intelligence community seems to escape hardly any blame.
Personally, I believe our intelligence community has become too political.
Though Bush blew it anyway by not taking down saudi arabia, and all of his subsequent “nation building” that followed.
