The Democrat Party is going to lose the 2016 elections in a landslide, and they can thank their radical anti-gun agenda for that loss.
Bernie Sanders has boldly stated that “semi-automatic assault weapons” should be banned, along with standard-capacity magazines. The completely arbitrary definition of “assault weapons” defined by anti-gun politicians is always based upon superficial cosmetic features—flash hiders, barrel shrouds, bayonet lugs, telescoping stocks and/or pistol grips—that have nothing at all to due with the rate of fire, accuracy, or lethality of a given firearm. If he really wants to ban “semi-automatic assault weapons,” he’s going to have to ban all semi-automatic firearms
and Hillary said Bernie’s stance was too soft......

The Democrats will not lose in a “landslide”. They will get 47% of the vote no matter who they ran. If they ran some lunatic off the street who had been filmed having sex with puppies they’d still get 47% of the vote. That’s the reality we’re facing.
And its very obvious why. All one has to do is compare Obama and Hitler’s history and note how similar their patterns are. Hitler pushed gun control citing safety concerns for its citizens and fooled the people into giving up their guns. We know what happened next. Everyone knows why he’s pushing gun control so hard. We also know what’s happening to all of the citizens of countries where guns are banned right now and its not pretty. People are getting slaughtered at the hands of the U.S. supplied MB terrorist group, ISIS. People with any brain at all have figured out that Obama fooled the wisdom / discernment challenged 47 % and is now hellbent on destroying the U.S. before he leaves office.
Big bold headline with nothing but non-sequiturs backing it. Dem gun owners (seems oxymoronic to write that) will pick Dem over guns. Dem auto workers will pick Dem over cars. Dem coal miners pick Dem over coal. Dem Catholics will pick Dem over God.

I think Bob owens overestimates the number of Americans who actually care. And then there are the fanatical anti-gunners. The exist. These people are the enemy even more than the filth they elect. Guns are indeed an issue to the freedom minded, but not all that many of us really care, and of course 0bama voters only care about who's going to give them the most of someone else's money.
I think it will be about guns, communism or socialism and islamic intrusion.

From your lips to God’s ears. I pray they lose in a landslide as they deserve to do so. The more important aspect would be that the Conservative agenda win in the legislature and administrative departments. Primarily the closing of the border and the expulsion of those here illegally.
The Democrat nominee starts out with all the huge delegate blue states full of illegals & gibsmedats voters. That’s more than 47% of the number of electoral votes needed to win.
Sad but true.

The good news is that Rs will likely keep 55-60% of the Congress, the 60% of Governorships they have, and the 70% of the state legs.
That’s the norm. >90% of voters know which way they’ll vote before any clue of who the candidates are. Another 5% may actually evaluate options, but will still likely vote such that the group as a whole doesn’t really matter either. There’s only about 5% who can really be swayed, meaning a candidate need only convince 2.6%.
Less than 150,000,000 people will vote.
To win, a candidate need only convince about 3,900,000 people; the rest are a given.
Apply modern data mining techniques (which methinks the Left has a much better handle on), and spend a $billion or so on the exact precincts most likely susceptible to swaying rhetoric (most in the fringe around urban areas), and you’ve got a win for $256 per swayed vote.
