I took a Black Lit class in 93, I think. The emphasis was Black conservative writers. Rather than an appreciation or study of the literature it was like a biology class dissecting the elephant man and trying to figure out what made him tick. How could such an odd thing exist? as though socialism is somehow part of the Black genome.
And this is the true statement of the modern liberals view of Black people, they must think as a group. They are not individuals, they are not rational.
They assume that if a black person is voicing conservative thoughts, he must be doing it for selfish reasons.
Or woman.

He’s a calm, soft-spoken guy. I would have thought he might just be the type to ignore any assaults on his character and try to brush them off. I’m glad he’s showing some spunk and pushing back!
