Fiorina: Us Should Secure No-fly Zone Around US Backed Anti-assad Rebels, ‘Be Prepared’ To Use Force

Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina argued the US should “secure a no-fly zone around anti-Assad rebel forces that we’re supporting” and “be prepared” to use force against Russia if need be on Wednesday’s “Hannity” on the Fox News Channel.

Fiorina said, Well, first, we know what’s going on. Syria and Russia, who have had a longstanding relationship, Iran, and Iraq, are forming an unholy alliance. Russia’s intentions are to shore up, and stabilize the Assad regime. ISIS is sort of a camouflage. There is no doubt, that Russia will be conducting airstrikes against anti-Assad rebels, whether or not they happen to strike a few ISIS folks as well is, I don’t know, to be determined. Here’s what we need to do immediately, I believe. First, not only can we not withdraw our air support, but I believe we must tell the Russians that we will conduct — we will secure a no-fly zone around anti-Assad rebel forces that we’re supporting. This is a tricky maneuver, it’s a dangerous maneuver, but it’s a maneuver that we must undertake, because we must make it crystal clear to Russia that they do not get to move into the Middle East, and become the dominant outside power, which is clearly their intention.”

When asked if these means the US might use force against Russian aircraft, Fiorina answered, “Well, hopefully not. hopefully, if we are signaling clearly to the Russians our intention, it will not come to that. But if it does come to that, I think we must be prepared.

This nut wants to start WWIII. I don’t care one bit about those anti-Assad rebels, they are even more violent and bloodthirsty than he is. They certainly aren’t worth starting a world war over.

We want to fight WW III over some rather ineffective “Rebels” who give help to ISIS? If this is what we want—we should have invaded Syria and Taken out Assad—and held Free Elections habd handed the place over to ISIS. Best to keep out.

For eight months....Syrians and half of Europe have been waiting for something to fix this whole problem. Big Uncle Sam just wouldn’t get up to do anything...fine....Uncle Ivan will and it’ll be fixed in roughly sixty days.

Oh, and for those who wonder where exactly ISIS will go when they get kicked out of Syria....well, that’s a good question. Iraq or Saudi Arabia. And will Uncle Same come to fix their problem? Hmmm, that might be worth asking.

Oh, and that low oil price gimmick set up by Saudi Arabia? If I were a betting guy and looking sixty days out, and the potential for ISIS to cross the Saudi border....man, that oil price situation might drastically change.

To my knowledge Assad has never went against the US. Why would we start a hot war supporting jihadis that hate us? Insanity!

We have no business in Syria. We have no interest and they are not an ally. We don't even have diplomatic relations with them and we closed their Embassy in DC a year ago.

We initially went in because of chem weapons and Russia "Made A Deal" with Assad to give them up. And they did and Obama took credit...which was a lot of cr**.

With that done, we should have withdrawn and gone home. Oh no....we had to start arming these so called rebels who turned out to be ISIS and Obama. And we spent some big bucks to train them, too. And wound up with 8 soldiers at a cost of $500,000.

Obama....Russia is doing the job. Go home and shut up.

WHY is it so important we take out Assad, to the point we risk another global war? Has anyone explained that?

Same issue as with Iraq: If Assad falls, who fills the power vacuum?

If you’re going to back the anti Assad rebels, you’d better have either another brutal dictator lined up, or a million troops ready to apply overwhelming force (a la “peace thru superior firepower”).

My advice to Cara is to brush up on her cleaning skills. When the job for head cleaning lady opens up in the Trump White House, she should be ready.

Oh, and Melania will need her shoes shined at least twice per week.
