The theatre continues.
And apparently some still believe that these dust ups are real, and not part of a ratings game that suits both sides.

I’ve seen Cavuto.
The thing is, I’m not watching any Fox network at the moment.
And frankly I don’t miss them at all.
I may go back, once they stop playing politics, rather than reporting news.
But for the moment I’ll watch anyone else. Thanks.

They are real. FOX has taken a real ratings hit.

OK, so what’s in it for Trump if he holds all the cards?
This is, what?, his third boycott of Fox in the last 6 weeks? And every time within a few days it’s over, and all is well.
Smells a bit like the Montana highway I was recently on - came over a rise and there were 500 or so cattle being driven down that road to a different pasture. They were not potty trained, if you know what I mean.

It looks like Princess PeeRINO and the Not-Beckle Bloviator are ticking other viewers off as much as they are ticking me off. Kelly still has her followers, which is disappointing but a 32% decrease is significant. O’Reilly has lost only 2,000 viewers but he has not been as bad as the other Fox Mental Midgets.

Nope. The Five lost 32% of their viewer that particular Friday. Kelly lost only 9%.

One poster suggested that Friday nights are not a good night to do a workup on. I suppose that could be correct, but whatever problems FoxNews would have on a given night, should be a problem the other networks were having too.
A big event could cause a fluctuation in viewers. That should show up on all networks. It didn’t. The problem FoxNews was having, MSNBC and CNBC weren’t. Their numbers went up more than Fox’s went down.
You mentioned O’Reilly and Kelly numbers. I didn’t work up the Thursday numbers for the 17th and 24th. I did however look at them, and O’Reilly and Kelly were the huge losers.
I don’t remember the exact figures but it was in the 300-500,000 range.
If I were a Fox Exec., I’d be sitting up looking at those numbers with concern.

I don't believe Megan's rating drop is because of Trump. Seems to me she got a bit too cute. The cute factor is a downer, grows old after the first act.
Her ratings went high so fast and it seems to have gone to her head, I can see her bottom out in a few months.
Silly giggles and feisty attitude does not belong on a news program, especially with the problems our country is facing now. I hope to see Martha Maccallum replace Megan, Maccallum is one classy lady.

I agree, especially about Martha MacCallum.
I think the shot of her before the 8/6 debate showed what a narcissist she really is—this debate was going to be about her, not the country.
Personally, I think she needs another transfusion.
