Whoopsie – Federal Elections Commission Opens Inquiry…(Cruz/Carly PACs)

The FEC has opened an inquiry (see pdf below) into Ted Cruz Super-PAC (KtP) and Carly Fiorina Super-PAC (CfA). I’ll just drop this here as a reminder to what we previously said was going to happen; when you know the “splitters” you know the most likely scenario...

....Keep The Promise (KtP) Super-PAC is a pro-Ted Cruz PAC run by David Barton. David Barton is also Chairman of Mercury One Charities (Glenn Beck)...

...Carly For America (CfA) Super – PAC is a pro-Carly Fiorina PAC.

The FEC is asking why would Keep The Promise (Ted Cruz PAC) be giving money to Carly For America (Carly Fiorina PAC)?

Great find, Jane.

Trump has said these guys are owned by donors. What other choice do they have, but nevertheless, it’s true, and the donors are hedging bets.

The unfortunate implication is that Cruz is not gaining the traction threshold on time, therefore, the PAC has roaming eyes for another horse to pace.

It’s wicked of them, and it works for me if they get fined or thrown in the clink! Otherwise what is the difference between this PAC behavior and Las Vegas?????

I take great comfort in the fact that everything is above board on the Democrat side! You won’t hear of any FEC inquiries into Hillary! She does everything strictly by the book, and would definitely not allow any improprieties!

Could be...although once I saw sundance (The Conservative Treehouse) reporting it, I decided to post because he/she’s questioned this donation (to Carly), previously...in the “Splitters” exposé.

Theories have been floated by various corners that the republican party may have been trying to keep Carly Fiorina in the race simply so it could say it had a female candidate, or that Fiorina was kept around specifically so a woman could attack democratic rival frontrunner Hillary Clinton; indeed Fiorina spent the summer playing the role of Clinton attack dog. But now that Carly Fiorina climbed just high enough in the polls to matter as a candidate, the mysterious backroom financial dealings which had kept her in the race are now more than just a head scratcher for onlookers. They’re suspicious enough that the Federal Election Commission is demanding answers. That means this may have just gone from a scandal to perception to scandal with legal jeopardy.

It will be OK for Ted Cruz. He has nothing to do with the PAC. The PAC may have raised money under false pretenses (e.g., saying “we’ll support Ted Cruz”) and then spent it for totally different purposes.

In any case, this stinks to high heaven.

Ok, so Carly is essentially tied in with the Black Panthers and world governance/communist movements.

And Cruz’s PAC gave her $500K.

Everything happens for a reason, and watch this get swept under the rug by the PTB.

Me too...PACs control the donations....the candidates do not. So, Cruz shouldn’t have any association with this. Just stinks that it’s a PAC affiliated with him.
