Hold on to your toupees, the conservative intellectuals are in a stew.
Trumps rambunctious presence in the race is responsible for a miracle. The conservative intellectuals have finally thrown in with the left intellectuals. Both disrelish Trump, and, if truth be known, they are not very happy with Carson or Fiorina, who with Trump account for over 50 percent of the Republican vote. A year ago these three would be sitting in the politicians audience.
How is it that Trump anticipates the issues better than the establishment politicians? Well, despite his fortune, Trump is a regular American. I think a lot of Americans recognize this. The best of America is like Trump, optimistic, self-confident, energetic, can-do, and they enjoy a good laugh. Trump has made running for political office fun again, much as Ronald Reagan made running for office fun again after the lugubrious Jimmy Carter. Reagan spoke of Morning in America. Trump has trademarked Make America Great Again.
How is Trump going to do when the voting begins? I can see him getting at a minimum 25 percent of the vote going into the convention, maybe more. It depends on his ability to develop an organization to get out the vote, his continued anticipation of issues, and his continued ability to address them boldly. If he succeeds, as I think he will, he will have a strong hand to play in the convention. I suspect his strongest opponent will be Jeb Bush, but Carson and Fiorina will also be candidates to reckon with. Then the players will sit down and cut a deal, but remember they will be dealing with the billionaire who wrote The Art of the Deal. I am looking forward to an exciting summer in 2016.

He may, we’ll see. He will not get my primary vote.
Carly was a big McCain supporter, and campaigned for him. That should tell you everything. Carly In her own words...

Anyone who thinks iCarly can defeat Hillary, should watch this video.
I am for trump right now, but the numbers say Rubio will get a few states

That was excellent.
I wonder what happens when Trump gets around to rubios’ record on amnesty and how he was punked by chucky shumer? That should be fun to watch.
Let’s say that Trump gets the GOP nomination. He’s got a lot of talent from some of the other presidential candidates from which he can chose for VP, Cabinet positions, advisors, etc.
I would like to see Cruz as VP (He knows how to deal with Congress and would kick the crap out of Boehner and McConnell).
Carson - Secy of Health and Human Services
Col. Allen West - DOD or JCS, or both. The man is a fighter, not an Obama PC coward like those leaders of the Marine Corps, Navy esp Secy of Navy Mabus, the collapsing leadership of the Air Force, and other Obama asskissers. How about West for JCS, Col. Ralph Spencer? (Fox analyst) for Secy of Defense.
Secy of Commerce - Maybe Thomas Sowell. There are others who I’m not to acquainted with but FReepers can fill in their names here. Larry Kudlow if he’s not running for Blumental’s senate seat. Must get rid of Marxist Perez.
Secy of Treasury - some conservative economist, please
Secy of Homeland Security - Trey Gowty or Louie Gohmert? No one from the present administration. Maybe some of the older FBI leaders pre Comey and even pre-Freeh. Or me. At least I know who our enemies are, and they aren’t grannies in Depends or babies in diapers.
Secy of Interior - Anyone but the clown we have in there now.
EPA - Need a big purge at the top. Bring in someone who can balance legitimate concerns/actions for cleaning up and preserving the environment with the need to keep jobs (i.e. coal miners), for more nuclear plants, and for exporting coal/LPG, etc.
Dept. of Justice. We need a nice Inquisition or Stalinist purge of the top 10 % of DOJ’s political leaders (not all of the AAG’s and AAAG’s). MARK LEVIN!!!
Dept. of Transportation. - Get rid of whoever is there now and bring in someone who wants to keep our economy strong.
If Trump get’s the nomination, the first thing he should do is announce his Cabinet choices. Let the Dems sweat it out.
Our team will hit the ground running, not like the Dems who hit the ground and run away.
Okay, I’m an idiot. How was this piece by Tyrrell a negative for Trump? It seemed to mock the pseudo-intellects on the Right.
The intellectuals. How can they not get Trump’s appeal? How can they not understand cause & effect? How can they join the Marxists on the left? How can they not look at the puppets they support compared to the leader that a majority of “We The People” have chosen? Don’t they realize that they have betrayed the constituency that claimed to know?
Stop blamingand being in shock of Trump’s success! He’s the answer to our prayers. It is the establishment political elite, their out of touch consultants and their Marxists media lapdogs! They failed America! Write about them! Write about how deceptive they are. How it is all about money. Write about their self interest. Write about the betrayal of their constituents. Write about how they are traitors to the Constitution. How there are few if any statemen in the Senate or House. Write how they hate their base. Write that we know. The people know.
You may have a point. Rubio is in Trump’s crosshairs now. Time will tell.
More pundit whacakadoodle. Might as well throw a dart blindfolded at the stock quotes page if they still existed.
You may have a point. Rubio is in Trumps crosshairs now. Time will tell.Trump mentioned at Tim Scott's Town Hall that Rubio's attendance and voting record is the worst of all the Senators.
He also wondered out loud why Rubio has never made anything of himself...credit card debt(s) etc.
According to my local radio station Rubio says he will be #1 by February.
The conservative intellectuals have finally thrown in with the left intellectuals.Yup, them too.----
Dr. Thomas Sowell and Victor Davis Hanson
Rubio may be #1 by Feb...who knows? Strange election yr and the best ever LOL.
Trump wrote “The art of the Deal” While Jeb is “The fart after the Mexican meal”
Forget Jeb He’s toastada.
Did you hear what happened today?
Trumps jet ran over the Pope-mobile!!
Ha haa, I’d pay money to see that!!
Rubio may be #1 by Feb...who knows?I'm guessing he's trying to convince the money machines so he won't get Scott Walkered.
“I am going to write him a letter and give him some money!”..........
Go ahead and write the letter but from what Trump initially stated when he decided to run is he will NOT accept any outsiders money and plans to spend only his own money.
