Via Red State, I find disturbing audio of California Republican Senate candidate Carly Fiorina, speaking in glowing terms about Jesse Jackson...
"And I thought about something that the Reverend Jesse Jackson said to me several years ago. He very graciously came to the offices of Hewlett Packard to visit me, because we were doing some work together for his Rainbow Coalition. And he said to me, 'You know, Carly, every game is better when everybody gets to play.' And I thought it was such a great way of describing why everything is better when all people, regardless of color or nationality or gender, get to play. Sports are better. Business is better. Politics are better. The world is better when everybody gets to play in things that matter."
This is problematic on several levels. Jackson is a shakedown artist who trumps up charges of racism and then rakes in millions of dollars from corporations who pay him to immunize themselves from such charges. The idea that a well-known Jew hater and racist like Jesse Jackson, who has long ties to Louis Farrakhan, would have any standing as an arbiter of racial tolerance reflects poorly on our society. To be absolutely clear, I'm not suggesting that these remarks make Fiorina herself an anti-semite. But I do think the only way to handle the likes of Jackson is to ostracize them from polite society so that they can no longer make a handsome living by engaging in racial incitement. The fact that Fiorina...felt the need to play the game with Jackson is troubling enough. But it's still worse that she would boast about it years later, refer to him visiting her "very graciously," and then quote him in a way that perpetuates the myth of him as a judge of inclusiveness....

Ive been very clear I dont support deportation. I dont support amending the Constitution or challenging the 14th Amendment, Fiorina told NBC News
Another article the Trump campaign needs to get hold of. Hopefully, someone will bring it to their attention - Trump doesn’t have time to spend hours doing his own opposition research. He probably should hire someone to do this for him - if he doesn’t have someone on staff for that purpose.
Not conservative
Not competent
Not a viable candidate
Talks a good game though
I wish they would quit calling these people outsiders. They may not have held office but they’ve been neck deep in all this DC politics for a long time.
Even last night when Carson talked about visiting the WH a few times when Bush was in office and then saying how Carly is a great friend, they’ve known each other for 20plus years or some such.
I don’t even know why we bother having democrat and republican, they are all the same just under the surface. They pick a party label and say whatever it is to get elected and then they all do the same dam* thing once they are in DC!
Sh!t ! The country is sick of the R party fielding so many fake candidates. Or outright Socialists In Drag. No wonder the big media is promoting Flirina so much
jesse must’ve shaken down carly wicked hard to make her say such stupid things.
and Trump went to boxing matches with Sharpton.
Doesn’t mean anything.
All business people play this game.
Before you start calling me names, I’m a Cruz supporter.
Carly sticking around to bash Hillary is good, Carly as President, not so much.
It is all so repulsive. Everybody goes to DC where tons of money changes hands and then we get our pockets plundered. It is a huge stinking pit of corruption and they no longer even pretend to do the will of the people.
I’m sure the media and the GOPe do a fine job of praising this woman, but come! on! She ought to be running as a democrat!
Untrue. Games are better when the BEST people play. That is why people shell out big bucks to see NFL games but not peewee football.
“And he said to me, ‘YuhOhw, Cahlly, ay game is buddawin eyibuhy geto play.’ And I thought it was such a great way of describing...”
The only thing reasonably conservative about Carly is her claim to be pro-life.
In total, however, she’s something between a liberal and a moderate. Not conservative and the last thing we need as president or our presidential candidate.
On Lawrence O’Donnell’s show “The Last Word” on MSNBC tonite, he interviewed the Harvard Assoc. Dean/Prof Jeffrey Sonnenfeld that Trump referred to in his NH Town Hall tonite that wrote a long, negative article about Carly Fiorina, and her business career at Hewlitt Packard.
He said that what Trump said about Carly’s poor CEO leadership was totally accurate and then proceeded to say what he wrote in his article and it was devastating regarding Carly Fiorina and her career. He said she was a terrible CEO, almost ruined the Company financially while departing when fired with a golden parachute worth millions, was a dictator who listened to no one; and fired those that didn’t toe her party line. He said she acted like a CEO in a country that was a dictatorship.
Wow, he really trashed her, and did it eloquently to boot. Sonnenfeld is extremely well spoken. So, once again Trump was right. I’m going to try to google Jeffrey Sonnenfeld’s article now to see if I can find the complete text and read it all. You all (Freepers) should try to find it too. Hopefully someone who knows how to link it will post the article on FR.
Hewlett, not Hewlitt above. Typo.
She is a liberal, and as such will easily fall against any “outed liberal” (Democrat) in a general election. When I see libs rallying to her, I know it is because they know she would be very easy to beat in a general election. Anyone who believes she will deliver female votes to the Republican ticket should remember Sarah Palin; how did that work out? Does anyone believe the media will go any easier on what they regard as a “gender traitor” (a victim siding with the evil Republicans)?
She is a gender warrior for women, and if by some freak chance she became president we’d be bombarded with “women’s issues” on TV for four years in the same manner we’ve been bombarded with black people for the past seven. Foreigners that watch American television programs think the US is over 50% black...
this is a deal breaker, cross her off the list.
FioRINO...
No thanks.
Sounds like it.

The real Carly Fiorina. Worth repeating.
