Bobby Jindal Calls Trump An Unstable Narcissist

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal is hoping that a blistering takedown of Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump will help lift his struggling campaign out from the bottom of the crowded 2016 field.

Jindal called Trump "unstable," "a narcissist," "unserious," and "a carnival act" during remarks at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., on Thursday.

"I want to say what everyone is thinking about Donald Trump but is afraid to say," Jindal said before ripping into Trump.

"He is shallow, there is no substance. He doesn't know anything about policy, he has no idea what he is talking about. He makes it up on the fly," Jindal said.

Along with the speech, Jindal's campaign released two web videos mocking Trump. One is a mashup of all the things Trump has said he loves throughout the campaign, ending with an "Anchorman" clip of absentminded weatherman Brick Tamland saying "I love lamp." The other compares Trump's promises of winning to actor Charlie Sheen during the notoriously outrageous interviews the actor did in 2011.

Never should have signed that ‘pledge’ Donald.

If Trump drops out of the next debate [I think he will, using the demand for CNN to donate the proceeds] then he will, in effect, be mounting a 3rd party run from within the Republican party.

He signed the pledge, so did the rest, it says nothing about a requirement to play the GOPee games and do the debates just so he can be whacked like a pinata.

He could get another network to put him on during the debate so he can make wisecracks and comments as the also-rans debate each other and rail against him..lol

The CNN ratings would tank, the sponsors would refuse to pay the 200,000/min and the network hosting Trump's stand-up routine would rake in the cash and ratings.

So, what did “Bobby who doesn’t have a Snowball’s chance in Hell being elected POTUS” have to say about Hillary Clinton?

“while alleging to dislike the media’s god-king Hussein.”

Yep, getting weird around here. I know people want to take out Trump, which wouldn’t give Cruz the nomination anyhow, but they are tag teaming with all of the smarmy people in the media and GOPe sleepers? Graham must be all a tingle.

Trump is hitting CNN today to give a big donation to Vets since CNN is in the process of scalping the advertisers, or he may not be at the debates.

Apparently the loyalty pledge only applies to Donald Trump.

Trump signed the promise not to run as a third party. Now here come the attacks from the gopE. Jindal is so low on in the polls that he was the first one to be told to “go get him”. Personally, I hope Trump says “Well, there you go. I told them to be nice. Now I’m going to have to run third party.”

Trump doesn’t know what he’s doing? The gopE has no idea what they’re doing. I predict the end of the gop. They will be slaughtered in the next election.

-- he [Jindal] plainly views Trump as a threat, which means Trump must have some *particularly insidious* plan to lop the Uniparty off the power they've parasitized their way into. --

I agree. I think we are both saying the same thing. You added that Trump would protect his real estate empire from incursion, but my point ws the other one, that politicians operate their own closed club, and Trump is not welcome.

Well, the country needs a man who will stand up and protect the country. Whether he is an unbeliever, I will leave between him and Jesus. But, notice, Huckleberry is a pastor and nearly worthless as a leader. Cruz would make a great wing-man for Trump. But, he needs to hear more about standing up and being tough. Bobby is a lightweight. Who else do you want?

We are not going to get the perfect man...at least that is what the Scriptures tell us. There are none. And, the naïve one may be the man who believes we can hold out for a great Christian President...like who? Romney? DId you vote for him? How could you? He is a cult member.

Reagan? Even he was questionably a believer. Adultery with other actresses, divorced? Loved the spotlight? Yeah, that’s godly.

Jimmah? You are kidding, right? Peanut brain sat for a Playboy interview or were you listening to his Baptist tripe?

Clinton? He was a good Baptist boy...with about 200 rapes to his name.

Who? Who? Who will close the border so your wife is not murdered? Who will stop the Muslim invasion so you don’t have to surrender your Bible? Who will kick the Chinese back so that you don’t have to learn Mandarin? Bernie Sanders? Hillary? Bobby Jindahl? You are still kidding, right?

“You wrote “What’s super-hilarious is that so many of the TDS FReaks are quite content to repeat ABCCBSCNNNBCFOX/AP headlines as fact here at FR while alleging to dislike the media’s god-king Hussein.
You certainly imply that one is either with The Donald or with Obama.”

You’re wrong. If anything, I’ve “implied” that one (alleged Republicans at FR) is either with “The Donald” or with Terri Schiavo’s murderer.

Anyone (All) reading my posts on this thread should find that easy to understand.

And, since you’ve been accusatory and deliberately contrary, I’d suggest you learn the difference between “Some”, “Many”, and “All”.

Wow. Do you suppose he didn’t have to sign the big Supporter of the Nominee paper for GOPe?? He may upset the applecart and run third party.

“He’s a real conservative. Trump is a freak show conservative.”

Thank you. Jindal’s poll numbers, what he has or hasn’t said about Obama are all irrelevant. What he said was the truth.

Spit out the Trump Kool Aid,use your head instead of your feelings like a good lib and stand for reality. Go Ted.

The GOPe is all huddled half-way out the limbs of the tree, and trump is sawing their limbs off one at a time, to their shock and surprise. I wouldn’t be surprised if Bobby weren’t instrumental in trying to take down the Robertsons.

Ah yes, the usual buzzwords, “hero”, “hero worship”, variously: Trump “insulted a conservative Christian lady”, “is a Democrat”...

“Go Jeb”?!

LOL!
