As long as he's kicking liberal, RINO and GOP-e butt and using his own money to do so, I say go, Trump, GO!!
I'm a Cruz fan and don't see how Trump kicking the crap out of our common foe does us any harm. Let him have at it.
If he destroys the GOP-e GREAT!!
If he destroys el Jebbe and all the other amnesty pimps, GREAT!!
If he destroys Hillary in the process, GREAT again!!
We've never had it so great. Finally a man comes along and takes the establishment head-on and kicks the crap out of them. Is that not a good thing?
I think the Trump bashers might want to sit back awhile and enjoy the show.
Go, Trump. GO!!
That’s quite true and some of them are very wrong.
As a team, Trump and Cruz are more powerful than the mere sum of the two men.
They compliment each other with different strengths.
That said, this must turn into a political movement to succeed fully!
Well, according to SOME PEOPLE on this site. Trump is a fraud that was put there by Hillary/Obama to get a Democrat elected.
One question though. Why would Trump bother running a Republican if that were his strategy? If he ran (or runs) third party, he guarantees a Democrat victory in November (or, at worst, he wins the election outright).
Seems that he would have done just that, if he really wanted a Democrat to win.
Excellent graphic. I probably would have used one of my heroes, George S. Patton Jr. A lot of people in this country didn’t like him either but he got the job done.
Before the politicians were hardly even talking about illegals or immigration. And when the politicians did talk they were talking about a pathway to citizenship for the illegals. And the illegals were giddy hoping their obama would give them executive amnesty.
Now the illegals are worried and that's good. Then Trump happened and now the talk is about a wall and deportations of illegals etc. etc.
I agree Cruz would be preferable. He’s the only candidate I’ve sent a contribution to.
He hasn’t caught on like Trump, and frankly isn’t in a position to flay Super Pac influence like Trump is. Trump may not be the Conservative Mr. Right, but he is Mr. Right Now and we can’t wait any longer. We may have waited too long as it is.
There is no chance for Cruz without Trump. Cruz is young and will have other opportunities to win the White House, but Trump has to destroy the rigged game first.
I’m with you on this Jim. The GOPe has only themselves to blame for the rise of The Donald. They thought they could stick us with another worthless liberal rino like Jebbie. We’re not buying what they’re trying to foist on us this time.
It is long past time to worry about who is the most conservative. Only a republican candidate who can resonate with voters can save us from socialists Hillary, Bernie and other democraps.
Cruz can’t break single digits, while Trump is approaching 40. The hand writing is on the wall. Read it or be relegated to the irrelevant graveyard of candidates who lost elections.
Sounds like a pretty dumb theory to me.
Go Trump, Go!
Exactly. I am tired of the Trump bashing. I don’t like or trust the guy (he is too much like one of my great uncles) but I do understand him and I love that he is saying things that others are afraid to.
Go Trump!
It IS a very dumb theory, but what the anti-Trupers have been p;osgting to any and all threads.
“Youre smelling yourself.”
ROFL. Good one.
And by the way - If you don’t like he comparison in the meme I used you can glance downthread a bit a try on Patton instead.
I agree. Churchill was a politician . Trump is a businessman a builder and similar to the guys who built this country like Ford or Edison. Yes Trump is far superior.
Thanks...it’s just an old timer FReeper retort though.
I think we have to be honest observers of Trump. We can like half or 2/3rds of what he says and critique the rest of it.
No one can really predict whether Trump’s involvement will help or hurt the result of the primary. Sadly I think the safe bet is that we once again see a social conservative, a “tough-talking” conservative and a RINO battle it out with predictable results. Carson will win Iowa, Trump will win the South and Jeb will win everywhere else. Jeb is a non-factor now, but once his $100 million gets spent, it’ll be a shot in the arm just as it was for Romney who was also feeble until the weeks before the actual voting when he bombarded the airwaves with negative ads. And Trump will be even easier to demonize than Gingrich was.
The difference now of course is that Trump will have as much money as the RINO candidate. But can he win the attack ad war or not? And will he be willing to spend the amount of money and get it done in advance or will he let Jeb get a head start on him and only be in reactive mode?
I recommend a picture of Jacob Devers and Patton. Bradley made too many mistakes in the Ardennes. For all practical purposes, he was relieved. Eisenhower hated Devers, and history reflected that. Gen. Devers was an unsung hero of the war.
If Eisenhower had listened to Devers, the Ardennes catastrophe would never have happened.
Just a suggestion.
