Charge his mother with obstruction of justice and perjury.

Well there, there ought to be plenty of security footage of the alleged murderer and his mom shopping.

In the bible the penalty for a lie is equal to the value of the lie. This lie should get her life in prison but she won’t even get a foodstamp deduction.
Should be super simple to prove... Likely they both have taxpayer subsidized smart phones which ping a trace everywhere they go - should be easy to pull up the track. There is likely cameras wherever they claim they shopped, as well as other cameras along the route that they took there and back, again, should be easy to pull that footage.
And if ANY of it comes back showing that, well, she’s lying, then put the cuffs on her and haul her off to jail - start with impeding an investigation - if she doesn’t want to plead out to that, I’m more than good with accessory to murder charges.
But the KEY to that is spend the manpower and absolutely go over all that footage and cell phone data. Show that you went every extra inch to confirm the mother’s claims. It’ll save a whole lot of hassle when the death penalty appeals come down the pipe.
Mom needs to be charged!!! No wonder he’s a killer, being raised by a liar.
I have a feeling that little bit of logic didn’t cross her mind when she was coming up with her story.
Mom changed her story when she saw the video of her lil’ darlin’ at the scene.
She’s either monumentally stupid, or a knee-jerk liar. or both.
Mom was in the truck as her son got out and said, “Watch this”, and then walked over and killed the policeman!
That would be precious if their OBAMA PHONES showed where he was!!

OK. Where were you shopping. Is sonny boy with you at that store at the same time (time stamp security cameras) as the shooting happened?
