“I heard today that Donald Trumps campaign staff is a grand total of 10 people while Hillary employs 300”
Trump is using Hillary’s unpaid staff... the media!
HOORAY Ernie
HOORAY Massachusetts
HOORAY Trump
I agree with you, and maybe that will happen. It’s a long way, but right now I would be happy with Trump/Cruz because
I believe Trump is smart enough to invite Cruz to be much more than a funeral attendee.
I have done a few trips to Washington DC while working for a research lab. When it is lunch time, there is a huge mob of people streams out of government buildings, and every restaurant is full, with gov’t workers enjoying a 2 hour lunch.
...” I imagine the White House will need some sprucing up after the current residents move out.”....
Well they usually do that....I suspect the living quarters can be changed according to the First Ladies taste.
But I’d hate to see the White House look like Trumps abodes....
At any rate I don’t think Trump will need to be concerned about living there. I support what he’s doing in going after the establishment...but Cruz is the man I want to see as our next President....
Cruz has always made a concerted effort to seek out and lead conservative fights throughout his life... he’s actively pushed back against the federal government as well as defended religious expression in the public square and understands this nation was built with a strong belief in God and Country.
So I’ll be remaining in Cruz’s court.
Come on down!
You beat me toit, first thing that I thought of!
There was a time in mu life when I got sick of hearing that (it was as bad as the continuous SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY for Epping Speedway on radio).
(but we had Jerry Williams, the Dean of talk radio and others to balance it out)
I grew up in Boston suburb, worked at a Chrysler dealership and “got” to pick up that dealership’s owner, Ernie Boch and their wives at Logan late at night. On the way back, I sat in the back between the wives, my boss drove and he and Mr Bock talked. (long quiet trip back in the rear seat!)
At whatever our destination was, Mr Boch turned to me, said ‘thanks’ and gave me a $20 (big time $ back then).
Juat searched and see that EB Sr died. I can still remember his smile on TV commercials
Sounds like the brown bag needs to be revived. Am betting we are paying for most of those lunches
Cruz is ours. He’s in the winner’s circle. He’s a superstar and that’s the sincere truth.
Trump
Cruz
Carson
The rest don’t exist.
Selective? You’re damn straight!
Ok? Deal with it.
My sister was recently in Washingtoon DC to see a doc. Her report was that at 3PM all the causal eateries were jammed. Its a boomtown because it is a blackhole sucking in taxes from all over America.
“A black hole is a geometrically defined region of spacetime exhibiting such strong gravitational effects that nothingincluding particles and electromagnetic...”
Trump is using the media when he’s not beating it like a tin drum
Yes, Virginia.....there ARE Republicans in Massachusetts! LOL
The ability of Trump to use media and social media has transformed politics from here forward. Money is far less important than it has been at any time in the last 40 years.
Jeb can blow his $100 million and will likely have no effect. In the meantime Trump just needs to pay his security detail and keep his plane flying while he racks up the PR and coverage.
“A rose by any other name.....”
You can feed at the trough and call it fine dining if you desire, but the percentage of absolutely necessary jobs in the federal government outside of the Military is quite small.
On quiet evenings in the summer we could sit in the driveway and listen to it rust.
Trump has 35 on his campaign staff. 25 are in his offices in New York. 10 are in the field.
Thanks!!! No pollsters in the Trump organization so they say and I believe them.
Having watched the entire speech, although not a polished spokesperson, Trump gets his message out and most importantly, in a positive way. He speaks in plain terms and without a lot of politically correct gibberish. Certainly he has an ego larger than life but what he is doing is creating a positive image in the audience, by doing so he enhances his popularity with the people. Telling them what they want to hear is exactly why he is leading so widely in this race. The nation is tired of the odumbo administrations failings and drastically seeks a shinning beacon of hope.
