Fiorina: Trump Is Acting Like Other Politicians He Criticizes [VIDEO]

Carly Fiorina criticized Donald Trump’s plan to eliminate birth right citizenship, saying, “I do not support amending the Constitution and frankly in this regard honestly, I think Donald Trump is acting like the politicians he excoriates.”

“Let’s hold a bright, shiny object out here, let’s amend the Constitution and end birth right citizenship. It is not going to happen,” Fiorina, appearing on “Morning Joe” Wednesday, continued.

Carly Fiorina: I think it is in our Constitution. I do not support amending the Constitution and frankly in this regard honestly, I think Donald Trump is acting like the politicians he excoriates. Let’s hold a bright, shiny object out here, let’s amend the Constitution and end birth right citizenship. It is not going to happen. Whether people are for it or not, it’s not going to happen. The reason I say it’s a distraction, is because what I will do is expend all of my political capital and political energy on doing the one thing we haven’t done for 25 years. Let’s secure the border, let’s fix the legal immigration system which is such a huge part of the reason we have so many illegal immigrants. Talk, talk, talk. It’s all anybody has been doing for 25 years. We need to buckle down and get this stuff done. It’s not rocket science.

Seems to me YOU and your enablers are the problems going around the hot porridge trying to fit your agenda skirting the LAW!

We know Soetoro paid a “visit” to John Roberts and eight others in the black robes on January 14th, 2009. He increased the threat publicly with the Asses’ standing ovation scolding them publicly at a SOTU address (Bill Gwatney, Breitbart, Michael Hastings and a slew other fatalities comes to mind, castrated the whole nation as well, and you see how they voted on obamaScare, etc. Hello!!!

I don't know if it is necessary wear a Tin Foil Hat to understand the actions of Chief Justice John Roberts et al. I think Chief Justice Roberts fancies that it is his job to make the World a better place by deciding cases in a way that benefits the most people, as he sees it. He thinks that Obamacare is a good idea, so he is not going to decide against Obamacare, even when the case is a slam dunk.

Similarly with illegal aliens. His compassion for these poor innocent children, who were born here through no fault of their own, will compel him to support birthright citizenship, no matter what the law says.

Do you have any doubt that this is what will happen? Any doubt at all?

If you have no doubt that the courts will come down on the side of birthright citizenship (and they most certainly will), then you have to admit that anybody who says they can end birthright citizenship without a Constitutional Amendment is lying.

Now, you might like the lie. You might fervently wish that the lie were true. Or you might see the lie as being useful, even though you know it is a lie. But it is still a lie.

If you have no problem with candidates standing up and spouting obvious lies in order to manipulate voters by teling them what they want to hear, then, by all means, vote for Donald Trump. You have found your perfect candidate.

How would that happen?

The legal question of birthright citizenship is quite different from the political question. The real issue is dis-incentivizing illegal immigration and getting real control of the border. That requires a multi-pronged approach, and this is just one of those prongs.

The key underpinning everything, however, is simply a willingness to enforce the law. That is what has been lacking for decades by tacit agreement among members of the uniparty.
