The Republican National Committee is running a secret war room to take out Donald Trump's presidential campaign.
Or so says Roger Stone, the former Trump political adviser, who still supports Trump.
Stone told CNN that he's absolutely convinced the Republican Party is trying to knock the celebrity billionaire out of the race because he's not the candidate of the establishment elite.

I pray conservatives will know the difference... we're up against paid political consultants who earn their livelihoods teaching 'TV attractive narcissists' how to lie and trick citizens...
it is the stupid party inside DC but outside DC they can destroy voters in a single swipe.
Thanks SamTheMan...
Same here.
I think that is at least in part why.
I think it’s ingrained in them to fear another Ronald Reagan.
These are die-hard globalist socialists.
They realized Reagan would set back their plans for a decade or more.
Now Trump will do it again. He’s not interested in selling out the United States “brand” to anyone.
I have no doubt that if Obama had an (R) next to his name, you’d vote for him.
The country has to wake up and stop treating political parties like sports teams.
Your perception of my political choices is as bad as your city’s government is.
We had all better wake up and realize that we had all better get the most electable Conservative candidate nominated, then get him elected in the general.
Crybaby Conservatives who don’t vote because their candidate didn’t win the primary hand too many elections to the Dem/Socialists.
That is reality.
You conveniently ducked the point.
Answer truthfully, if Hilary had an (R) next to her name you would vote for her in the general election, right?
IMO, you’re exhibiting very short term thinking and ignoring the big picture. Sometimes to achieve long-term goals, you have to take one step back to take two steps forward.
Of course I would not, but your question is both moot and meaningless, as The Hildabeast would never be nominated by the RNC.
On the other hand, the defeatest retreat you advocate is what got us where we are.
Colonel Patton taught us all; there is no substitute for total victory... RIGHT NOW
