Still miss that bastard GW Bush who rode around in a border patrol dune buggy, visited a lettuce packing plant, and tried to force mass amnesty down our throats? Me neither.
They ran out of barbed wire.
How about making companies file E check documents when they file their taxes? Would that help?
I’m not familiar with that. If you would like to elaborate, the floor is yours.
Let’s make this simple. Allocate the billions required and then state the time limit (three years), then add an incentive....if the wall isn’t completed in three years, then Congress/Senate cannot reopen for regular business and all DC figures must return to their home states until the project is actually completed. No TV appearance time, no public interviews.
Do I have the wrong name for the program? Business owners must check to be sure their workers are legal. It’s late, and I’m tired, I may have things messed up! E Verify?
I’m a bit tired too. You mentioned something I’ve never heard of and gave you the podium. Sleep on it.
Interesting a GOP Senartor from a conservative border state took the lead in killing the fence.

KBHutchinson was nothing but a John Cornyn in a dress. Both huge RINOS and beholdened to big government control and the Cheap Labor Express.
Sen Hutchinson's position on the fence was to represent the Texas Farm Bureau, who were opposed to the amount of land that would be stranded behind the fence, and much of that land was owned by farmers, whose use of the land would be impacted, lowering the value of the land.
In Texas, landowners who have their property stranded behind a fence or road receive compensation to offset the lowering of the property value, but the feds refused to compensate these landowners so many lawsuits were filed.
When they build a fence on a land border and the border is a straight line, stranded property is not a problem.
But in Texas where the border is a meandering river, lots of land will be stranded behind the fence.
They spent it on food stamps and Spanish language text books.

Fourth center to house undocumented families to be built in Dilley, TX, officials say
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced Tuesday that a fourth center to house
families apprehended while crossing the Southwest border into the U.S. will eventually hold
2,400 people in Texas.
ICE will operate the residential facility when it opens in November in Dilley, Texas, about
70 miles southwest of San Antonio. It will house immigrant adults with children caught
entering the country illegally.
The South Texas Family Residential Center will be the fourth such facility, three of
which have opened in recent months following a surge in the number of immigrant families
crossing the Southwest border. It’s meant to expedite their return to their home countries
and deter others from embarking on the journey, according to a statement from ICE. Other centers have opened in Karnes City and Artesia, New Mexico.
There had been one existing facility for immigrant families in Leesport, Pennsylvania.

Pretty much the same thing that happened to the promises Reagan received in exchange for his amnesty in 1984: Congress had no intention of ever following through.
Kay Bailey Hutchison and the GOP defunded the fence.
See, the GOP can defund things when they want to.
Had they built the fence there would be about 6 million less illegals here now.
We have gone above and beyond what was requested...”
That’s the exact same phrase Hillary uses.
“More to the point, the Corporations and the Bureaucracy want the illegals.”
True, but what motivates the liberal media?
True, but what motivates the liberal media?
Now that liberals and GOPe’s are faced with Trump - a man WHO WANTS TO SECURE THE BORDERS... for real... we see their true colors.
We can also see their past lies for what they were... Democrats and GOPe’s NEVER planned on securing the border... Their ‘plans’ were lies to get elected on - and nothing more.
