Betsy Layne High School in rural Kentucky this year had a two-page yearbook spread that featured all of the seniors on the boys basketball team. Except, one senior was left out of the tribute: Dalton Maldonado, the team's starting point guard who came out publicly as gay a couple months ago.

He would have to prove that being dropped from the yearbook was intentional, and that it somehow constituted an injury. And furthermore, that the school was not within its rights to censor pictures as they saw fit. To the level of preponderance of evidence, and within the equal rights statutes and due process.
Nope, the school was idiotic. They just paid for this guy's college career through graduate school.

My Pixelsexuality goes back to hot robot babes in Xenosage. Perhaps even hot Summoner babes in Final Fantasy X.
I was gamed that way.

Was it teams idea to remove player or administration?
Why bother removing player at the potential cost of legal grief since only a relatively small number of insiders would ever know whats going on?

I found an article to post. The kid is DEFINITELY looking for 15 minutes. Says he just came out but harrassment has been going on for years.
This is about MONEY.
See my next post.

If he was on the team, he should be in the picture.

I would bet the real story is he failed to show up for the photo shoots, and then demanded that despite that they make special accommodation to him to do another picture.
To: BykrBayb
It is, but MSM has picked it up.
For example, USA Today and the New York Daily News have stories on it.
To: EveningStar
I think they may be biased. LOL
I read elsewhere that he is pictured in 15 other places in the yearbook.

One Question: Was there a picture of him with the same characteristics of the others...in other words...did they have a pic available. Something tells me that’s where the answer is...in a picture....that thousand word thing.
To: Sacajaweau
Why can we tell he’s homosexual just by looking at him? Is it the expression? The posture?

They are biased. This is an opinion piece by a gay advocacy publication.
