I must have clicked on a different link from other Freepers, because I saw a Megyn Kelly taking the high road and not saying, for instance, that Donald Trump was bleeding out of his ass.

Wallace, Brett and Kelly have been bragging about how carefully they planned their questions . They were loaded for bear. Their job was to destroy the Trump candidacy. And, they tried. Of the three of them, she's the smartest so she must have known the risks and probably told the other two about the risks.

None of this was an accident. But, it was dumb. Only Luntz was more blatant that night.

The moderators definitely hammed it up. They were definitely full of themselves. Fox News is a commercial enterprise. They are out for ratings.

However, it was no ambush because there were no unanswerable questions. All the participants were able to answer the questions just fine.

What did people want, a panel of Sean Hannitys asking friendly softball questions?

I think she looks tired and angry. I think she is very disappointed that the three moderators did not succeed in their effort to destroy Trump's candidacy. She acts as if she's been oblivious to all the criticism but she looks like she's missing sleep.

I think that if she could just apologize she would begin to feel a little better. Obviously, it's going to take a little time.
