While most of the media attention after last weeks GOP presidential debate has been focused on Donald Trump, Sen. Ted Cruz has seen a huge jump in his poll numbers, and apparently an explosion in campaign contributions since he took the stage.
Check it out!
Id say 225,000 contributions with an average contribution of $68 is quite impressive.
Its important to note that a lot of these contributions are coming from ordinary Americans, making this a true grassroots effort, rather than bowing to the will of corporations in order to get funding.
One of the reasons people seem to be flocking to Sen. Cruz is because he has a proven track record for standing against the establishment in Washington, ruffling feathers and being a rebel rouser simply by refusing to budge on the conservative principles he believes in.
Thats definitely the kind of attitude and record we need our nominee to have, and surprisingly, there are a few candidates who have this going for them like Rand Paul for example and hopefully well know exactly who the right man or woman for the job is after the next few debates.
Thank you. That reminds me. I have to send another check.
“And since Mitch is a liar”
He was only following his “O”wner’s rules of engagement.
I wonder how Jeb’s donations are doing.
I bet he has some very irate donors at this time. I Love knowing they’ve wasted their money.
B B B but the folks on Fox just said this morning that Bush won

I did both!
That reminds me. It’s time to send Ted another check.

Yep!
Wondering how Mitch will take a Cruz victory next November and become the party’s leader.

Cool graphic. Why is Cruz “mixed” on free market though?
Thanks for the Good news! ;-)
Click on his picture on the chart and you will see the detail.
And national security conservatives. And fiscal conservatives. Cruz has no weak spot.
Cruz was extremely polished but also perhaps a little too timid in this debate. I think his strongest line was about Obama not calling out Muslim radicals for what they are. If he can add more of that bite in the next debates, I think he’ll surge again. People love Trump’s blunt talk. Cruz just needs to dial that up a little more. Be a little more direct and plain-spoken for the blue collar conservatives who might be turned off by his using too many bigger multi-syllabic words.

So why do people keep saying Bush has all the money? (Again, acknowledging that even that much pales beside what Trump can raise).
