MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. — A waitress in Maryland Heights, Missouri, is out of a job after she reportedly labeled two of her customers as "black couple" on a restaurant receipt. According to KTVI, Kimberli Wilson and a companion were at Patrick's Westport Grill on July 18 when she saw the words at the top of the bill. ADVERTISING
"I was frustrated," Wilson told KTVI. "I was angry. I was thinking, 'Really? Are we still doing this in 2015?'"

Any restaurant owner who would do something so stupid deserves to be on the hook for free meals for freeloaders. And I’ll wager whatever server is unlucky enough to have to wait on these two will never see a tip.
As a former REAL Canadian, that’s hilarious. When I bartended and waitered at a resto’ close to university, it was a “number” that’s code for “black cheap customers”. My fave was a guy who was proposing to his GF, and we know it was going to happen. Money was no object to them and I experienced those tables. Made me feel good too, especially with the hundred dollar tips :)

I agree. This is nonsense.
We should stop all classification by race, including the government. If it is insulting for a waitress to note race (and it is), it is insulting for higher learning institutions and government agencies to classify people by race.
All it does is just aid current day liberal racists to race bait and divide and define people by race. Either we are not picking and classification people by race anymore or we are still back in the days of segregation where the elite can harm or help their racial preferences, which is against the law.
Most restaurants have a numbering system to differentiate tables; why not write “Table 17” or whatever?
