upert Murdoch wants his top executive at Fox News to rein in the network's coverage of Donald Trump's presidential campaign, but the executive has so far refused to comply, according to a report published Wednesday.
Gabe Sherman of New York magazine quoted an anonymous source who said that Murdoch has tried to get Fox News Chairman Roger Ailes to have the conservative news channel "back off the Trump coverage."
The channel has covered Trump more than any other presidential candidate in the 2016 race, according to the report. And Murdoch has not hesitated to voice his dislike of the current GOP frontrunner.
Murdoch took to Twitter over the weekend to criticize the comments Trump has made so far in his campaign.
Murdoch has privately described Trump as a "phony," according to a New York Times report detailing their relationship.
Sherman's insiders reportedly said Ailes told Murdoch he was covering Trump "the way he wanted to."

I think that’s right.
Fox is my primary TV news source. But I never watch it real time. I have DirecTV and their system includes a 90 minute buffer, a “Skip 30 Seconds” button and a Fast Forward and Fast Rewind button.
So I skip the commercials on Fox News. I don’t watch any of them..
I also skip anything that features Jeb, Huckster, Rubio, Krispie, Paul, Carson or Perry. For me it’s Cruz, Walker and Trump who have something to say. The rest are waste of time.

Our news outlets have been controlled since JP Morgan invested in the top 6 APs in 1916 or so to place his mouthpieces so as to control the perceptions of the masses. They took control over publishing agencies and the universities (top ones first) and then gradually gained control of all information the children were fed with Jimmy Carter.

I think Lindsey Graham needs more cowbell.
They remind me of the typical department in some university. A kissy-kissy club of insiders, each of whom knows how to not rock the boat and ride the gravy train.
Newcomers and out-of-the-box thinkers are emphatically not welcome.

My two choices are Cruz and Trump. However, I’ve seen very little coverage of Carly Fiorina. A few people have been asking me what I think of her. All of them are impressed with her. The latest was my brother, who called me today, and who has seen some coverage of her where he lives in the Houston area. He said: “Now, there’s a lady who has her sh** together.” He was speaking primarily in comparison of Carly and Hillary. I wish we could hear more from her. She has attacked Hillary Clinton unmercifully with no backing down. Wish the men who are running has the ba**s she’s got.
