An Arizona cop barged into a woman’s home while she was in the shower and handcuffed her as she stood naked and sopping wet, according to a lawsuit.
Officer Doug Rose lectured an unclothed, sobbing Esmeralda Rossi in front of her daughter and told her he was in charge, even though she was in her own home. Even as an investigation determined that Rose illegally entered the home, the policeman managed to retire and start collecting his pension.

“Don’t take the attitude with cops, because we don’t play,” Rose said. “When a cop shows up, you’re not the one in charge. I don’t care if this is your house.”

Investigators probed the case and determined Rose entered the home illegally and without probable cause. He also didn’t fully document what happened: the fact that Rossi was naked was never reported. There is also no mention of Rossi’s “arrest” in his police report.
Amid the investigation, Rose retired from the force. He received a pension from the department.

This is why I think all cops ought to forced to have a $250,000 bond on themselves and their stupidity. The minute you do something this stupid....an outsider should step in...evaluate the episode, and hand over the guy’s bond to the victim. Then let the cop go back and get a new bond....to discover the cost factor is now double what it was before. This will get rid of bad cops fairly quickly and fixed what is a broken process currently where bad cops stay for twenty and thirty year periods.
So.
Where is her attorney?
And when did he file suit?
And how much are they asking for?
If her story is true, then It should be worth a bundle.
Professionals carry their own liability. Conclude from that what you will.
She’s got one.
And it should come out of his pension, and not be paid by taxpayers.
Officer Doug Rose should have all his teeth knocked out.

Police arrived at Rossi’s home after receiving a call about an argument between her and her estranged husband.
“I was in the shower,” Rossi said. “My daughter came to the shower and said there are two officers at the door. So I just grabbed a towel.”
When she answered the door, there were two Chandler Police officers. One of those officers was Doug Rose.
Rossi said Rose became very aggressive and she told him to wait at the door so she could go get a cell phone.
“It made me very uncomfortable,” Rossi said. “So I closed the door. I turn to go into my living room, and I probably get about five steps in; and all of a sudden, I just hear boots running in after me, telling me stop or I’ll arrest you.”
He was sporting a boner, no doubt. He is a retired, pension sucking pervert. Hope Karma becomes the milk of his life.

Just keep it up, cops. Keep it up. By alienating the citizenry with your evil deeds, you ensure that when TSHTF, there will be NOBODY on your side to defend you, and you will be put down like dogs, along with the politicians and their enablers.
