Mexico's billion dollar drugs lord known as 'El Chapo' has gloated on Twitter about his escape from a maximum security jail by taunting authorities and threatening US-presidential hopeful Donald Trump.
Joaquin Guzman, billionaire head of the powerful Sinaloa Cartel, made his jail break on Saturday morning and is on the run from Altiplano jail, 50 miles outside of Mexico City, security officials said.
His audacious escape saw him dash through the mile-long tunnel system, which led to a building under construction next to the prison - from where he collected clothes left for him by his conspirators.

Really?
Probably not, but I wouldn’t advertise it either.
LOL! That was a great show!
In Mexico, though parts of it hate Chapo because he has caused much bloodshed, if it comes down to thumbing their noses at the Yankees, many there will see it as good.
The Left and Media, oops same thing, will hype this threat the same way they dealt with the attempted attack on Pam Geller. They will say Trump asked for this with his hateful rhetoric. If there is an attempt and people are killed or wounded Trump not el Chapo will be blamed.
Here’s hoping that ‘El Chapo’ will end up meeting Pablo.....and soon.
...according to a former DEA supervisory agent who still has a deep network of contacts in Mexico... the retired DEA agent, Hector Berrellez... "Chapo [Guzman] was protected by Mexican federal agents and military, by the Mexican government," Berrellez told Narco News. "He was making [Mexican President Enrique] Peña Nieto look bad, and so the government decided to withdraw his security detail. Chapo was told he could either surrender, or he would be killed." Berrellez, who retired from the DEA in 1996, stresses that he is not speaking on behalf of the US government, but rather as an individual who has decades of law enforcement experience, including serving as DEA's lead investigator in Mexico... Guzman was apprehended early Saturday morning, Feb. 22, in an unremarkable condominium tower in the Pacific resort town of Mazatlan, Mexico, without a shot being fired and no security detail present to offer a fight. "This guy [Guzman] was bigger than Pablo Escobar [the infamous Colombian narco-trafficker whom law enforcers killed in 1993 in a rooftop shootout in Medellin]," Berrellez says. "He [Guzman] ran around with a several-hundred man security detail that included Mexican military and federal agents, yet, in the end, he is arrested like a rat in a hole.
And Trump's Real Estate Portfolio. Many targets.

Constantinople was Minas Tirith.
Took gunpowder to do it too.
Trump also has resorts in Panama, Uruguay, and Brazil.
???
el chapo has more money than trump by a lot. He has multi-billions and an organization that amounts to an army (and a bought off nation) at his disposal. One the most dangerous and powerful people in the world.
“Poor Scott Walker”
Absolutely.
NYT called him “not smart and not sophisticated” and that will stick with the MSM and “The Jeb News Channel.”
I’ll repeat: The only, the ONLY Republican candidate with the moxie, financial wherewithal, Media savvy, and the personal charisma to overcome the Washington/Media/Democrat/GOPe Cartel is: Donald Trump.
Why is he threatening Trump? Obama is president, Trump is just a private citizen.
A load of politicians have been killed in Mexico since the drug wars started cerca 2006, in cases, I’m sure it was because the pols were on one side of the cartels but there are bound to have been a few honest ones as well.

So, make of that as you will. They’ve also killed a number of musicians and singers because those Narco-Corridos glamorize certain gangsters.
El Guano.
And what is He threatening him about? Because he said Mexico was corrupt? Or about the illegals? Or what? Rush said Trump compared Chapo to illegals and that is why Chapo was upset but I don’t think that is it.
Of course, the last time something like that was tried (Pershing chasing Pancho Villa around northern Mexica one hundred years ago), we didn't come close to catching the perp.
Nevertheless, an action like that (assassination attempt) should have serious repercussions between the U.S. and Mexico. I would not rule out military intervention. If the head of the Thief Party, Obama, has any guts.
