Hillary Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, have been ordered to give depositions in a civil case investigating the pairs growing email scandal.
Mrs. Clinton will giver her deposition on the morning of July 28 in Washington, and Mr. Clinton will give his the following morning, according to copies of the notices of deposition reviewed by The Washington Times.
The case, filed by Freedom Watch founder and former federal prosecutor Larry Klayman, alleges the couple committed criminal violations under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
According to a statement from Freedom Watch, the suit alleges Mrs. Clinton, the front-runner for the 2016 Democratic nomination, covered up these crimes by destroying her personal emails sent during her time as Secretary of State.

I want some of that Clinton Foundation money too!
If you check my prior posts, you will see that I am a long time Freeper and no fan of the Clintons. In fact, I was pretty sure that Hillary was the Anti-Christ until Barry Obama came along.
I would love to see Bill and Hillary forced to give depositions about their many crimes. I would love to see them prosecuted for their many crimes. I would love to see them frog marched to prison for their many crimes. If I had held my breath waiting for any of that to happen I would have died back in 1992.
Thanks, I see what you’re saying.
Bubba has already lied under oath at least once. Nothing of any real consequence followed.
Good for Larry Klayman. But it will go nowhere.
They pay through an Obamacare cost reduction.
Yikes, she’s ugly even for a witch and Bill doesn’t look too upset about being separated from her. ;-)
Hot damn! Somebody is finally doing something about this, while Trey Gowdy and the other media whores in Congress talk tough while pissing their pants.
What Court ordered the depostions? Anybody know?
Are there special deposition rules for pathological liars?

Yes! “Stay the course.”
I guess we all know what the outcome of this will be...NOTHING!

That’s why I asked: What Court ordered the Depositions?
you are full of beans
Post #25 has the court info but it’s not clear to me if the deps were ordered by the court or just requested by Klayman. Check post #39 also, there’s some info there that it may go on for some time.
Good for Klayman... he and O'Keefe and Drudge are the last of a breed.
How long until some lowlife democrat starts telling us how much money the investigation is costing? Seems the ONLY times dems care about money spent is when one of their liars on the ropes.
Larry Klayman couldn’t win a one horse race....

At least he’s doing something. If nothing else, a little more bad pub for Thunder Thighs. None of the pu**ies in Congress or the Senate are doing anything? BTW, what are you doing to get them some jail time and out of our lives for good?
NOTHING humiliates the Clintons...you can’t humiliate a sociopath.

I disagree. I remember the day after the Impeachment Order was filed, and they walked out of the White House toward the Marine ‘copter. Chelsea stood between the two of them and they all three were holding hands and looking down. Hillary had on dark sun glasses. They were to ashamed to look at people. I’ll never forget that day. Hope to see another one like it in the near future.

Exactly! That RAT Elijah Cummings has been playing that card since the start of the Benghazi select committee and still is. Pathetic.
