Time to push the reset button and start over. We really haven’t had a constitution that has been followed as law since at least FDR. And this just finishes completely.

If we had men and women like Cruz then I would expect that, but we don’t and the GOP taking action against these judges will never happen.
The 10th Amendment is not something the court has jurisdiction over.
The States must enforce that right, not ask the FEDERAL court if they can exercise it.

That’s very mild compared to what they otherwise ‘dress’ themselves up with.
Once, I’d have zero issue with that. But when they pulled this, they lost what tiny sympathy for them I had left.
Which sucks as I know some do want to just be left alone. They should have stood up for their beliefs and they chose to remain silent. They would have had a lot of support.
